I was sending 3 packages to another country. They said it will take around 3 months to get there. They were accurate on time and they had committed with the person for the delivery and everything was fine. Will contact them again.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME CALLING!!!
The worst customer service I have ever received. I called for two days to get a quote from Chicago to Arizona. The guy answering the phone told me he would call me back the first day (failed to do so). I called today and the same guy told me he would call me back in 15 minutes. I call him back after an hour waiting and asked to a manager or a supervisor, he said they were on vacation and hung up. I thought I was being pranked because of how incompetent this individual is. I called back and asked for the quote and he mutters the wrong car and spits out $1700. Kiss my behind any day of the week that is nearly double what other agencies are charging. Would never recommend this place.

do not send your shipment to Puerto Rico due to changes on Hacienda new policy on making your account to verify your information , accountant to make your profile register as a comercial certificate , making your life impossible to take over your property , do not send your shipment , very unhappy feeling they dont tell you on your agreement , expect delays , expect loosing your items paid , they will never call you back , specially in Puerto Rico . New custumers will be paying even more , good luck .

My experience was not good with the Chicago crew, they had schedule to pickup on June 18, which was a Monday. I got up really early to have everything ready and waited for at least 3 hours, I decided to call them and when they answered the guy informed me that they I wasn't on schedule for that day, they didn't do pickups on Monday. So they rescheduled for Tuesday. I was informed that it would take 4 to 6 weeks. At 4 weeks we called and I was told that our things were still in Chicago and that due to hurricanes and the weather they haven't been able to ship thing out. Why lie? Just say the truth. They needed to fill the container before it could be shipped. Our experience with the crew in Puerto Rico was really good until I had to make a claim. My dresser came damage. I called they gave me an email address and instructions to make the claim. The email address was not good. It kept on sending this email back. I got another email address and the same thing. Now I can't even contact them. No one answers my calls😡😠

I had a horrible experience I had my stuff shipped to Puerto Rico and had it in storage. Unfortunately I had to have shipped back to Chicago the same way they brought it and left it, come to find out they lost most of my stuff. When I got to Chicago I unfortunately got hit by a car on 01/29/2023 and received a call from the Rosa del monte and let them know about what happened to me, and let them know that I was not going to be able to get my stuff because I was going through this episode in my life. So they stored it for me. Furthermore, when I went for it May 20, 2024 only one employee was bringing my stuff up from the back. Mind you I went to pick my stuff up in a U-Haul because I was taking it to Wisconsin. Then here came Xavier the manager to check what the worker was doing and checked off things that he had no business checking off on the list because he wasn’t there from the get. So when I went home I checked and called him and made him aware I was missing stuff a couple days later and he then told me that I was too late to make a claim, I then told him I paid insurance and he just blew me off and told me he would call me back and never did. Don’t buy their insurance and don’t use this company bad for business they don’t do what they promise and they don’t stand behind their word!

They don't work!!!!! I paid to have my move brought from Chicago to Puerto Rico. Among all the moving was my baby's crib and dresser, which were COMPLETELY NEW. When it arrived in Puerto Rico, the chest of drawers was broken, with cracks and the wood detached. Just like the crib. The refrigerator with cantazos. The crib and the chest of drawers cost me $2,000 and LA ROSA DEL MONTE SAYS THEY CAN ONLY GIVE ME $215. AND THAT I PAID FOR INSURANCE. They definitely don't work, TERRIBLE SERVICE.

The move from PR took 3 months to get to Minnesota. And the car arrived 2.5 months to pick up in Chicago. Everything arrived in good condition. The only thing was that some boxes arrived damp, but it seems it was from my washing machine that there was water in the bags.

The truth is that they are not professionals, nor responsible. First, Mr. Antonio told us that they were going to go through things on May 5, then they did not arrive, call us why, nor are they worthy of talking to say that they are not going to arrive, he told us that to on May 18 and he left us waiting again. He told us that for today the 20th, the same thing is that they are very busy. The worst thing is that they don't even call to let us know that they are not going to arrive. He will talk to you today and Antonio said that for June 3, I don't know what it is. relaxation not without Good for nothing bunch of inept, irresponsible

I called them to ask for an estimate and they gave me the price of $3,260. Then he calls and they hang up the phone on me. I managed to communicate with them and they told me that the booking was already scheduled for April 14. On Monday they called me (António) and told me to make another estimate because he had gone on vacation and the paper for the previous estimate had been lost that he needed to make a new one. We contacted them again because they agreed to call and never did. They gave us the surprise that it would be $4,210 even after removing things that were already in the previous estimate. Very bad service and falsehood in their estimates!

Those who came to pick up my boxes and paintings were excellent, respectful and kind. Jose in the office treated me with respect. But there was a person in the office who treated me very poorly even when I called him to ask him some questions.

Their schedule is not updated. We drove 2 hours from Wisconsin only to find everything closed. Saturdays are closed.
