The people drawing blood here do not use the proper methods of doing so. They rush and fish for veins, leaving you with bruises and collapsed good veins. Shameful.

Lavelle is the best lab tech I’ve ever had draw my blood. I tend to pass out when getting this done and most of the time the tech cannot find my veins. I typically leave covered in bruises. She got it in the first go, I was shocked. So thankful for her!

The most unprofessional experience due to the supervisor Autumn. Not only is she rude and made me uncomfortable to the point i didn’t want to get my labs done due to how urgent I needed them. She comes into the space where the nice young lady was starting the process of drawing my blood. Autumn “the supervisor” decided to start touching my personal documents and paper work that was not given to her or asked if her to come into my personal space. Autumn did not speak or introduce herself when she just came into the area where I was about to get my labs done which one was unprofessional because why would anyone especially a professional environment come into a space and not introduce themselves and then think it’s okay to start reading their personal documents. I asked whom is she? Being that she felt the need to come in and read my documents and not say anything to me before. She tried to pled her “case” but by that time Im uncomfortable and do not want to want to engage in speaking to a someone who thinks that was okay. So unprofessional.

I came here to the Walgreens for a urine drug test. The process was fairly simple. To check in, there was tablet, and you followed the prompt. I had no appointment, but was told to check in. Lavelle took care of me during the process. She was very welcoming and friendly and professional. If I ever have to come back, I hope its with Lavelle. Tiffany was also another staff member there who made me feel welcome and at home. Keep up the good work ladies!

I had an appointment today at the 3046 N. Halsted location, and was so impressed with the level of care and customer service I experienced. Tiffany and Lavel were knowledgeable, kind, and overall exceptional. I was a few minutes late from my appointment due to a work issue, and though they had every right to turn me away - they were instead accommodating, which meant a lot to me, as it can be a challenge to make it in time from work. Overall, it was a great experience thanks to the wonderful team that works there. Thank you!

A city this size and almost no Labcorp locations to begin with. You get stuck here where they take appointments and you get called back an hour after your time slot. Been here twice - debacle both times.But in fairness, none of this is the staff’s fault and Lavelle is fabulous (made my one star and two star just because of her) - let Lavelle run the place, for goodness sake!

Everyone one was very nice but they but could be more gentle. Definitely hurt a bit and I have had my blood drawn a lot. Usually don't feel a thing. They need to take their time and go slower.

My other review was deleted by the company for some reason. I went here last month for lab work. They said they would send me the results as well as my doctor. A couple of days later I got an email letting me know my results were ready to review. After clicking the link to view the results it would say I had “no results to view at this time.” I reached out to customer service via email with NO response. Fast forward to a month later, I had a follow up appointment with my doctor. He informed me that Labcorp never sent them the results either. The thing I find funny is that my insurance was still charged. They got their money for the labs and I never received the results!
Just an update! I needed more bloodwork done again. This time I went with Quest. I could see the labs that were ordered on the portable after my blood was drawn and I could see my lab results the second they were available. Completely different experience than what I got from Labcorp. Quest also told me the cost that my labs were going to cost whereas Labcorp only gave me a estimate.

Complete waste of time. I paid for a blood type test but despite providing order and requisition numbers I was told it couldn’t be done as I didn’t have some form I was never given. Then I tried many times to log into the lapcorp website but kept being told my password was wrong. I tried resetting it many times but that didn’t work either. I’ve tried requesting a refund but so far Labcorp is ignoring me. Avoid this place if you can.

Wonderful experience. First off, let me tell people: You need to schedule an appointment ONLINE and pay for your tests first before you hit the lab. (Smile wink). But at first, I was not sure about this. So I went to Labcorp at Halsted, Clark and Barry and knocked on their door to inquire about this first. Really..your not supppsed to contact them in this manner. Your supppsed to scan your state ID or drivers liscense and check in, but I struggled with the process. (I'm a 51 year old grandmother not "current and hip" with technology issues). Even though I knocked on their door, the lab technician was kind enough to take the time to answer my questions about how the online ordering process takes place. (For example, If you order tests for a family memeber and your paying for it, the tests have to go to your family members email address, not yours). She helped me clarify a lot of things in person, by word of mouth, that by looking on line, I would not have been able to get the information. She was wonderful, and the lab did a supreme job with my daughter's test results. Very thorough and I'm very happy with her lab results. The online process is a little confusing, but that's just me because I ordered tests for somebody else....
