The best, most knowledgeable staff work at this local hardware store that punches way above its size. They remember me whenever I come in and are always willing to suggest the most affordable way to get a project done. Their selection is excellent, particularly the Benjamin Moore paint and other seasonal supplies. I cannot recommend them more highly!

On or about October 23, 2024, the facility was burglarized.
Anyone who knows the store knows it is densely supplied with any product hardware store could sell. It has an entrance like a maze to get out of it as well.
I pray it isn't a huge mess and will recover soon.
Also hope it was financially too painful in losses.
Just don't know why dogs aren't guarding the stock❓⁉️‼️❗????

Twice I needed help with wheels on grocery cart and walker,?????, and the employees helped out
Today Kevin steered the work performed by Dan fixing a broken wheel needing a specific bearing. Although they were not able to find the right bearing, Dan located the best one available. You have no idea how much I appreciated their service. Using a 3 wheel walker is trying. Thanks.

At the risk of sounding like a broken record from all the other positive reviews on this local hardware store, I'm still going to go ahead and write this review. What excellent customer service! Today I came in looking for a screw for my handbag. I was greeted as soon as I entered the store, and Raymond escorted me to the area where the screws were. He was very professional, patient, and I felt he went out of his way to make sure I'd leave with two screws that fit perfectly. What a neighborhood gem! I'm happy to patronize this hardware store for all my home improvement needs. Thanks!

Forget the big box stores: this local shop has everything you need for most home projects AND employees who understand how to get them done.

Great service!...especially a young lady named April. VERY helpful. Another thing I love about hardware stores is that it's like stepping back in time when small businesses were the norm. It has almost everything you need in a smaller cozier place than the big box stores.

Long overdue review. I’m lucky this is my neighborhood hardware store. Every person who works here has been unfailingly friendly and knowledgeable. Also hard to believe they can have such a complete inventory in a storefront this size, but they do.

I had an anomaly happen that took up majority of my day. A piece of my
apt key had broken off. I traveled to several other places including a locksmith and they couldn’t help me. This was literally my last stop and spoke to Kevin and graciously told me to come in and he would try. That even made a world of difference but he was able to copy my key with a smile and great convo in no time! It’s people like Kevin that you have to appreciate because “great customer service” is a lost cause, nowadays. I am in medical sales so I totally can relate on what great servitude looks like but Kevin went above and beyond. Thank you so much Kevin! You are awesome my man and a life-saver!

Had failed attempts at Home Depot and Lowe’s, although Lowe’s by the third person l asked had some insight at least on what l needed but wasn’t sold there.
Went to Ace Hardware, right away asked if l needed help, explained my project, quickly assessed and done! I grew up with Ace but unfortunately nowhere near me, l guess if l have projects l just gotta buckle down and make the trip. It’s worth it.
