Couldn't be happier with my experience here. Great service provided by all staff and feel grateful to have a low cost/free clinic in the Lakeview community. Thorough care and kind workers. They do great with the amount of space they're given!

Just got off the phone with Raquel. Very rude and harsh... asks if I still have symptoms, I answered yes honestly because I do... Then goes off on a tangent on how she will refuse to further treat me, that I should go see a specialist. First off I never asked you for additional treatment, I only answered your question. Now I'm very skeptical about the antibiotics you gave me, not sure if they are what they are.It's almost as if she knew I was going to say I still had symptoms.

Raquel has a nasty attitude over the phone every time I call this clinic. I just had to express how unsavory her attitude is.The first time I called her to set up another appointment because I had all negative STD tests, but was still experiencing symptoms after treatment, she tried to push me off the phone by telling me I should go to a specialist. I don't know what her qualifications are.The lady who took my blood stabbed my arm 3 times! She ended up moving the needle around while it is inserted in my arm to find my vein. Note: I'm a fit and lean guy. This has never. Ever. Been a problem for me.Also, this clinic hands out antibiotics like they're candy.I had a very awkward first impression with Nurse Practitioner Kaido/Kaino.Just overall not the friendliest or welcoming environment to be in when you may have some extra stress in your life already.

I never met such as a rude staff in my entire life, the hispanic male nurse is always in a bad mood, yelled at me because I couldn't understand him, I was almost telling him to quit his job if he didn't wanna work; by the way, if you go, be ready to wait for hours, they don't give a damn about you.

Went to see them to get tested and they told they were closing soon because of Covid but that I should call back to speak with someone about results. Well, I called back and they're not even answering the phone....and I've got a bill. But no results. Awesome.

The staff are friendly and the wait isn't bad depending on what time you come. I went at 2 when they closed at 4 and there was 4 people before me. It's the perfect place to go when you don't want to pay and they tell you half your results that sane day like HIV, Trich i believe, and a couple others. The guy made me feel comfortable and results were ready in a week. Highly recommended just don't go at 3 when they close at 4. Don't go at 12 because i'm sure there'll be a long wait.

Awful experience. Whoever works at the front desk is very rude. She was far from helpful and made me feel a hell of a lot more stressed. The lobby was very uncomfortable and it took me almost an hour and a half to finally meet with someone and I was one of four people in the lobby. When I called for my results, I called a few minute early and they told me to call back later. The lady was incredibly rude and said I wasn't in the system. She kept second guessing me and treated me like I was stupid. Never again will I come back here and I would avoid this place at all costs. Go to Howard Brown.

I mean yeah the services is good and they do it quick. But I went about a week ago and this is how my arm looks like when they took my blood out I felt that person did know what they were doing. I left with my arm hurting when I fold my arm. Until now it hurts and looks just like that. My advise if you guys don't mind taking is to hire people who really know how to do their job. Or at least make sure their properly trained for it.

The staff is great. Wait times... not so much. But, it's your health care for little to no cost. How can you complain. 4 stars for wait times. Totally understandable though.

The wait is long but I haven't been to a clinic where it wasn't long. I can't really complain because of the fact that you don't need to be insured in order to get services. The staff is super nice and informative which is a plus. You get your results in about a week but for hiv, you get them right away.
