Horrible experience. I called to have a prescription status given to me and the said the refused to fill it. I then said multiple times that I had insurance. They then said the refused to fill it and they didn’t care if I had it even though they asked me for it in the first place. Really highly do NOT recommend. Sad because I really like supporting local :(

I figured id give this pharmacy a chance since they are close to me and im all about supporting small businesses, this was single handedly the biggest mistake of my life. The pharmacist and the technician are not only disrespectful, but can hardly comprehend a single word of english. It truly amazes me that this pharmacy is even allowed to remain open. Someone needs to shut this place down. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place.

This pharmacy is something out of a horror film. I have never worked with such an inconsiderate and unintelligent pharmacy staff in my life. My doctor accidentally sent my prescriptions to this pharmacy and the pharmacist outright refused to send them back to my original pharmacy. Even after my doctor spoke with them, they acted like they had no idea what was going on and continued to play games with me. This pharmacy should be shut down and what they are doing is illegal. The head pharmacist there can hardly be understood in the first place which makes any form of communication nearly impossible. I will be filing a formal complaint with the IDFPR as well as the board of pharmacy. Stay far away from this pharmacy.

I used to fill at this pharmacy until the pharmacist filled my medication incorrectly. Not only that, but the head pharmacist denied it and then lied to my doctor about the entire situation and blamed it on me. The technician and pharmacist at this pharmacy are unprofessional and could care less about their patients. I will never come near this place again and will make sure no one fills at this pharmacy.

So far, it's been a disaster for me. I went to a hospital where I met Raj P, he promised the stars and the galaxies, and so far, it's been about 4 days and I haven't received either a call from the staff, Raj, or anyone else regarding my medications, whether my insurance approved the scripts; whether I have a copay, etc. I am about to undergo Immunotherapy on Thursday, and I left a message on 7-15-17 @ 22:31 that I need my medications ASAP. you would think that they would have the decency or professionalism to call me back, but they haven't until now. Then when they see my review on YELP, they call me up or email me to revise it and edit what I wrote, but I will not cover up for anyone. I will add to my report to let others know what transpired and how my story ended, but I will no longer be a fool again. It always happens that when you trust someone, they betray you -- no more being a "nice woman." I need my scripts, or my meds, but I need them NOW, for I have my appointment on Thursday, and if I don't have them, I can't start therapy ok? This is very simple for you to understand; you are putting me in a predicament that is making me very nervous, anxious, and angry. On Weds, this will be reported to the hospital where RAJ P works out of, luring patients w/ RX's, so that they can know who they are dealing with. So Lapuja staff.... you have one last day to call me, bring my meds, or let me know what's going on and return my RX x3!
