As a long-time fan of the LDRS brand, I can't express how frustrated I am after my most recent order with them. I ordered clothes for a party and was given an expected delivery date of a 5 days before the event. The tracking info never updated and the clothes didn't arrive. After reaching out to their customer service team and asking for a refund/resolution. They assured me that the clothes I purchased were in transit. I waited another few days and nothing so I reached out again asking for a refund. Another few days go by and a gentleman from the store calls me and says that my order was never shipped out in the first place because they didn't have the sizes I ordered in stock. At this point, I told him look I needed these clothes 2-3 weeks ago, just send me a full refund and I'll be back to buy something down the road. He assured me that they would process a refund. Two more days go by and I receive this email from their support team that completely contradicts what the guy told me on the phone: "Your order was originally shipped, but somehow not updated on the tracking. USPS recently called us after finding a few packages that we shipped. Your order/package is with USPS and will be delivered to you and will be fulfilled as ordered." At this point, I don't buy what they are saying and clearly they don't intend to provide a refund despite not sending the clothes out for 20+ days after my initial order and mind you I paid for priority shipping via USPS. I've since submitted a refund request via PayPal since I can't trust LDRS to make good on this issue. Unfortunately, LDRS has lost a long-time customer. I hope they get it together. Saving a few dollars on a return isn't worth losing years of future orders.

I was just walking by, I had always meant to go inside. Today was the day. I thought they only had items for men, I was wrong. T-shirts, hats, hoodies, shoes, and jerseys. There are so many jerseys. Go inside, take a load off, shop local.

Look at his response to those negative reviews, and you can immediately tell how rude and disrespectful he is. Wouldn't recommend this store. Show some respect to your customers, no matter who they are.

Return/exchange policy is not right. They made ZERO effort to find me a pair of sneakers on my size. After 2 months back/forward I imagined they would reimburse me, but NO... after months I was forced to exchange for a hat. Will never step foot over there again

This boutique is so cool! I really like how straightforward and compact it is, but concealing a high-quality product within. In addition to this, the staff is very hospitable and well-versed in the things they sell. They answered all of my questions thoroughly and took extra care to ensure that I was satisfied with the service they provided. I was looking for some clothes to wear because the clothes that are now stored in my cabinet are nearly as old as I am, and I am considering purchasing a dozen brand-new outfits. Because I was just given a promotion at my place of employment, I believe that I am deserving of a gift from myself. It's possible that the next time I go shopping, I'll also look for some new shoes and something to give to a friend who will soon be celebrating her birthday. It is a solid bet that she will find it good.

OMG, I am so glad I stopped in; I visited on my way back to Indiana. The staff was mad cool, helpful and just such a vibe. I picked up a hat and shoes and a friend of mine picked up a couple of shirts.Gems: Black Owned, in business for 20 years, just dropped a fire collab with Mitchell & Ness, plenty exclusives and patches.Can’t wait to shop again.
