I have only once been able to successfully walk up to the store front (during hours of operation) and was able to go in. This summer I called and was informed that while the weather was warm she would not operate under normal hours and only by appointment. This was annoying as j needed the leggings that day not 4 days later however I understood. That said the weather has officially turned cold and tights are needed. I checked online and saw the store was open today so I walked over. Only to find once again the store is completely closed even though the hours on the door reflect what is online.
This is extremely frustrating and I have now wasted an hour out of my day to come to a store that isn’t even open.
I would request that the store owner either follow the established hours of operation or adjust what is online and on the door. This is truly not professional.

Came in as a first time customer and was super excited to check out their cute, rare designs. Owner told me which size would work for me based on the sizing chart. After stretching them and putting them on, they immediately ripped. Called to inquire about a refund/exchange for the correct size and was denied. Disappointed by this experience as I would expect the owner of a company to offer their customer an exchange for the right size.

Walked in off the street because their window display caught my eye. First time there and buying European hosiery. Great customer service and nice selection. I look forward to making this self care habit for myself.
