Literally the most fun I’ve ever had buying eyewear and I’ve been in glasses since age 3. Came in last minute without an appointment and they were able to accommodate me with no issue. Gea, Ana, the doctor, and the whole crew were extremely helpful and fun to work with. I was not expecting to laugh so much during a simple contact Lense fitting 🤣

The person who checked me in was very patient, kind, and polite during check-in process immediately putting me at ease. The ophthalmologist was simply fantastic, explaining everything thoroughly and patiently, which made me feel relaxed during the exam. Additional the ophthalmologist kindly and professionally explained everything she was doing during the process and the reasoning behind it to which I immensely appreciated.
I truly appreciated their patient-focused approach. I couldn't ask for anything more from a patient's perspective, and I'm now more aware of the importance of annual eye exams, so I will definitely return to this location.

These guys are the best, stopped in with a random question of how to fix my girlfriend’s sunglasses a part had fallen off of and they fixed it there on the spot. Lovely folks

Chuck was amazing! We are traveling from out of town and I broke the arm off of my glasses. I didn’t think they were fixable, but he fixed them quickly and for free. Great service and wonderful associate.

I needed to find a new Doctor of Optometry since moving to Chicago. I was very impressed Dr Anh Dao Vu and the entire staff at this Lenscrafters location. The exam was thorough with the Dr explaining the phases of the test and then sharing the results. There was no pressure to make a purchase at this time which I appreciated. I will though soon.

This LensCrafters is fantastic! I went in to ask about appointment availability and was shocked that I could actually get one the next day. Dr Vu was extremely thorough with my exam. I’ve never had an exam like that. My glasses came less than two days after the exam. I opted for the LensCrafters lenses because the frame manufacturers can take 4Ever sometimes. Need glasses, come to this LensCrafters! Dean G
