I have had 2 other appointments here and each time both the stylists that took me were informative and shared their opinion on what I wanted to have done. They were honest and truthful and gave me the reasons behind their opinion. Today I had my 3rd appointment and not only was my session informative, it was very helpful and both stylists took the time to explain and provide solutions that were beneficial for me. Additionally, I wanted to get a treatment to add shine to my hair and my stylist was honest in telling me she didnât think it would benefit me since my hair had shine and the treatment wouldnât really benefit. Most salons would not turn down an opportunity to make money and this why I needed to post my review today. Not only do they do an amazing job, they care about their clients and they are honest about their services and only offer what they feel will benefit the client.

I had a wonderful experience at Level One, and Lata was perfect! She made me feel right at home, and I absolutely loved the way she cut my hair. The salon has such a welcoming atmosphere, and I left feeling great. Highly recommend this place and Lataâs amazing skills! Additionally loved the small details about store đ§żđ¤

Book an appointment with Karla! â¤ď¸ sheâs an expert and good human being on top of everything. I recently had a hair emergency after attempting to give myself an asymmetrical bob using a YouTube tutorial. The result looked as if a child had given a Barbie doll her first haircut. I reached out to Karla the same day in that after math, and she graciously accommodated me the same day. Despite the short notice, Karla approached the situation with a positive attitude and made me feel at ease. She expertly fixed my haircut, transforming it into a stylish look and even added dimension to my hair color that same day. Karla's professionalism and skill saved me from a hair disaster without the inconvenience of scheduling another appointment for the color. I highly recommend her services for anyone in need of a talented, patient and accommodating hairstylist. I love my hair now (pic attached).

I don't recommend this salon... I called to make an appointment for 2:30 on a friday I come in i'm ready and everything latta the owner of level one says sit down make yourself comfortable so i do just that i'm looking around the salon and i notice just how much hair is on the floor they don't clean up after every customer nothing ... not very clean for a salon... but whatever I DONT GET SEATED UNTIL 4:03!!! I was dropped off by my mom and my mother asked what time she should come back at so she isn't late because it is a 15-20 min drive for us and she was like oh come back at like 4:00-4:30 so my mom leaves and she texts me around 3:30 asking if i'm almost done or whats the update i tell her i wasn't even seated yet... that is so unprofessional the fact that they took up my whole day for a stupid color appointment which wasn't worth the $170 (just for color no haircut included) i payed but we will get into that later. I didn't leave the salon until after closing so it was 8:00 when i left and they close at 7 im pretty sure on fridays ... I was going from black hair to brown which i understand is different but why in the world would u tell me to come at that time just for me to wait for 2 hours!!! Karla bleached my hair 2 times it was very orange like very orange I did some research online and saw that it's not supposed to be very orange when you want to go from black to brown bc NOW i have orange red brown hair... its so ugly i hate it so much and i wasted $170!! on bs i texted to ask what to do and i still didn't get a response. over all i don't recommend this place at all go somewhere else where ur money will be worth it bc 10000% it's not worth $170 for come home looking like shit and feeling upset and angry over hair!! a decent amount of my hair has been falling out after every shower:)

I started coming here over a year ago for just regular root touch ups and have since gotten cuts and balayage! Karla is my go to but Lata touched up my roots and gave me fresh trim the last time I was there. Always great results and great service! The plus for me is that they're only a 10min walk from my home!
