Lady with locs at the store miscalculating whatever. She told me it was buy one, get one half off. I bought two hats, but the total came out to $45.69, which doesn’t make sense even with taxes. On top of that, she said I’d receive an email receipt, but I never got one. Look at the images; you can calculate it yourself. one hat was $26 and the other $24. Im going to need that money back, you could’ve just ask for the tip.

I bought two caps, the second one was at 50% and when I took them home and lifted the price tags, one went up from 21.99 to 27.99 and the other from 24.99 to 29.99... everyone is a country, even the "big" USA.

Garry the young man who was helping me was awesome! Very easy to talk to and had great suggestions since I'm very indecisive when I have lots of options! I bought 2 hats one with custom name on it . The wait was about 20 minutes which was great I had enough time to checkout the LEGO store downstairs. This Lids store has a lot of great items! Clean and well organized would definitely recommend stopping here!!! I'll definitely be back!!! I'd give them10 stars if I could! Even the GM who was on the floor working was a pleasure to talk too!!

I love Lids, but I think this is a downside to some.Bought a brand new Bulls hat the other day and I wanted to place this rose patch on here, the next day I come in here, theres this guy who was working inside the store (don’t know name) and it took 15-20 minutes to get this patch on after waiting for the machine to heat up. Worker forgot to use protective tape on top of the patch and on the sides and used regular tape instead. (picture shown) I don’t blame the guy, but could’ve at least payed more attention, it is what it is…
