I had a great experience coming in the young man that signed everything up for me Took his time and explained everything thoroughly to me and I had a clear explanation about the insurance how to pay the bill my options in paying the bill whether I wanted to do it in advance or each month I love it. The facility is clean. It does not smell like homeless people Are living there

While my family and I were escaping a domestic violence situation, Extra Space was flexible, compassionate, and professional about helping me find the best temporary solutions for our belongings. Marcus was my contact, and he was great. If I need local storage solutions again, either short- or long-term, I will not hesitate to call Extra Space again.

We had to rent a unit over the summer to store my son's furniture while he was on summer break from college. We live in another state. I received a call letting me know that they discovered during a check that the unit was not secured. My son swore he tested the door and pulled on it and it was secured before he left. I'm always worried about scams so I asked for a video of the unit not being secured. They took the time to send me a video of them opening the unit. The lock was secured but not the latch. We gave them the code and they secured the unit for us. Definitely not the customer service I was expecting but so happy they took the time to discover the problem and fix it. It's nice to be surprised by such awesome customer service!
