We stored a major library for many years without any issues: access was easy, the storage units were well designed and were available in various size options, the building felt safe & secure and was very clean, and the staff was always courteous and helpful. Yes, there were times when the AC did not work as it should have, the recent removal of access to electric outlets for additional lighting and/or fans was annoying, and the fact that the bathrooms are now locked after business hours is not terribly convenient, but if you are looking for clean, reliable and professional storage space we can certainly recommend Extra Storage (formerly Life Storage) on South State Street in Chicago.

I enjoyed my time using their storage unit. Staff were always very accommodating, knowledgeable, flexible and helpful. Facility was always clean and comfortable and accessible. I will definitely use them again in the future if I have to move. 👍🏽
