Ordered a personalized name necklace. Arrived about 7 WEEKS later. The letters were not done well. I didn’t want to give it to the recipient. Waste of time and money. Customer service blocked my emails. You are better off using small businesses on Etsy. This “business” needs zero stars.

Placed my order on April 21st and today is now 3 weeks and there has been zero progress. Called and chose to speak to Rep and phone went silent. 2nd call and now on hold for almost 10 minutes. I will dispute on my credit card. Don't ever buy from them!
