If I could give this place a zero I would. Requiring masks still in 2024. Seriously, hope you enjoy your going out of business sale soon!

The selection and range of items at this incredible place is the reason I’ve been coming back for more than 20 years! Ever since they were on Lincoln Avenue, I’ve often found the exact thing I was looking for— a table, a coat rack—and and many things I wasn’t :-) — a metal screen to hang on the wall? Whatever it is, I love it. The owner/curators are friendly and helpful, and the selection changes more quickly than you might expect, which tells me lot of other shoppers love this place too. But it never feels frantic or crowded. Truly a Chicago treasure.

Terrible place. Came from out of town on 11/14. The grey haired witch at the front desk is so rude I’d never set foot in this over rated dump again. Looks like the owner is well aware. Several people have complained in the comments about rudeness and bad vibes. It’s no joke, the woman’s tone was nasty. Tiniest, saddest little so called “mall” I’ve seen in a long time. The place gives big “don’t bother me energy”. There are MUCH bigger MUCH better malls around and they all offer 10% discounts on everything.

Absolutely the most unwelcoming and clearly racially biased experience ever. Let's start off with the fact that you have to ring to get in. Okay fine, I kind of get that. I ring about four to five times, even putting my mask on since that's a sign/ask from the store that's right on the door. I see two people at the counter but no one buzzes me in. I figure they're trying to close early (even though their sign says they weren't closing for like 4 more hours, I used to work in retail so I could understand that). I stepped away from the door/their view to Google another antique place to go to nearby since this once clearly is trying to close when a non-Black couple approaches the door, rings once, and is swiftly let in. Wow. So I swoop in and follow in behind them and the person who let them in has an "Oh no" look on their face. They clearly weren't going to open the door for me but they gladly did for the non-Black people. I went in and was followed around the entire store though no one said "hello" "can i help you?" or anything. And it's a large and maze-like store so seeing the same employee at every turn was not coincidental at all. I had not read any Google or Yelp reviews prior to trying to visit but it's def true what folks say- super cold and unwelcoming energy from the employees, clearly selectively racist practices, and also some questionable items being sold all in the name of "antiquing". I will say the non-racist antiques and bias customer service aside, the items looked nice and were unique but I could not bring myself to give this place one dollar of mine. I also saw another Black couple have to come in behind a non-Black couple and I noticed they were not greeted either and looked uncomfortable.

Most items are overpriced and as a result inventory doesn't change often or quickly. A lot of the furniture has been in there for years. Fun to browse but it feels like every time I'm looking at the same stuff that hasn't sold in a long time.

With antique shops it is not just what they sell, but what they are. The Lincoln antique mall never fails to transport me back to another place and time, and the incredible assortment of items and furniture appeal to me on so many levels. Plus Kris has to be one of the classiest owners around — always dressed to nines! A happy happy repeat customer of this special place.

Found an item on FB marketplace which was located here and the experience was great. Easy parking, item was easy to find and everyone was really helpful. We had a quick look around and there are a lot of unique items - specifically art and lighting which is unique. Pricing seemed really fair. Definitely worth a look!

Recently went in looking for a Russian nesting doll. I was immediately greeted by Maddy. Maddy knew where one would be and assisted me through the entire process. I was pleasantly surprised by her over all friendly ness and over all knowledge as these days high level customer service is not the norm! Maddy is worth her weight in gold! You gotta check this place out!!

Lots of wonderful items with fair prices! I had found an item on Facebook marketplace and the owner, Kris, was in touch via FB to ensure me it was still available. I like the curation of items in the store-it's thoughtful and fun to look through.Unfortunately, I didn't feel a good vibe in the store due to the employee at the front desk. They were not pleasant, engaging or welcoming and, after finding the item I came for, made me want to leave right away instead of looking around. I asked a question about parking, for example, and they seemed completely uninterested in engaging with me or answering my question.
