Website works poorly. The photos don't match the description of my vehicle. Phone service is terrible. The automated phone system hangs up when you choose to the options to get a price on parts. The lady that answered the phone when I chose other options was rude. Complete waste of time. They lost my business.

I took my car to the Crystal River Florida location Ford transmission warranty issue drop the vehicle off November 1st November 14th I myself had to call the LKQ and ask him what the status was on my truck the manager John there informed me that he couldn't get my truck started then he proceeded to tell me it started just fine before he took it for a test drive pull the transmission codes and all the sudden the speedometer cluster was burned up I reluctantly agreed to pay $435.94 cuz I know he did it when he pulled the transmission code somehow or another they shorted it out anyhow they informed me that they were ordering the cluster and they would have it in November 31st I went and picked up my truck now all the sudden I have a four-wheel drive two wheel drive Ford Explorer they put the wrong cluster in I can find a John the manager and he proceeded to tell me that they had ordered the proper speedometer and when it came in he would call and it would take a day for them to replace it December 11th came around I got a phone call said I could bring it in Monday morning between the hours of 9:00 and 1 so I can have my truck back to go back to work took it over and drop it off at 9 a.m. Monday morning they never called me I had to call them at 12:30 and they told me all your truck is done I went to go pick up my truck and low and behold I still have a four-wheel drive two wheel drive Ford Explorer when I asked him in a angry tone of voice why it was in there he and for me it's the same thing as a two-wheel drive and I told him I said no it has a a four-wheel drive - panel instrument cluster he said he would gladly remove the bulb to eliminate the four-wheel drive light I told him that's not the point the point is I paid for the original equipment if I take that truck to trade it in I cannot trade it in there going to know something is wrong because it says four-wheel drive and it's two-wheel drive I wouldn't trust this place to change a goddamn bicycle tire anymore now here it is December 27th I still haven't heard nothing back from the corporation I've called and left repeated messages I sent emails nobody wants to respond I will be contacting legal representation

Worst place to work in, they lie about everything they stand for. Horrible company, that only cares about money. Not customers or employees at all.
