Do not shop at this location. The surrounding store employees persecute and report shoppers to the property’s towing company. You cannot leisurely shop or try stuff in fitting rooms because your car will get towed before you have the opportunity. Zero customer service or regard for past purchases..

I hate going in this store. Its so convenient when I’m in the neighborhood and want to see what they have IRL instead of online but they never have sizes larger than a L or a 12. On top of that, the staff make me feel so uncomfortable. They are just so in your face, it’s the opposite of helpful. Please just let me browse in peace, please.

WARNING: WHEN VISITING THIS LOCATION, BE PREPARED TO HAVE YOUR CAR TOWED!!
I, unfortunately, have to give this location a one star due to the towing company they use. My car got towed while shopping at this location today. A patrol for the towing company saw me leaving the parking lot(which you have to do in order to enter the store) and decided to tow my car. I wasted time and money and had to pay $240 to get my car back.
I have been a long time Loft customer, and I am very disappointed and disheartened that they choose to associate with a fraudulent company taking advantage of their customers. After this incident, I will no longer shop at Loft.
The reviews of the towing company are very telling. They have 1.2 stars out of 5 on Yelp. The majority of the reviews consists of people with experiences similar to mine.
The customer service and the store itself are fine. The sales's clerks were friendly and helpful. I have nothing bad to say about the store or its staff. They and the other shops belonging to the strip did not call for my car to be towed.
If you don't have a few free hours and a few extra hundred dollars lying around, I cannot recommend going to this store.

Wow, what a pleasant experience. The staff were all genuinely friendly, super responsive and helpful. There was no competitiveness between them in who helped whom - they all seemed to work on the same team. This store has got it right!

Splurged $70 on a pair of jeans that spectacularly frayed in the crotch after 6 wears. Spent three months in limbo between "return it to the store" and "call customer service" because I wore them. Jeans should last more than six wears. The company will only give current sale price for a return they keep dragging out, and refused a fair exchange citing "company policy" on their defective merchandise. Terrible quality and terrible customer service.

Bought 4 things online, paying with PayPal, none of them worked out. Returned the 4 items to the Weed Street location, and realized after the fact, that I was not refunded the entire amount (shipping was free) despite it stating "items will be credited for the price paid"Tried resolving the issue with Loft.com text option, and after a lot of back and I forth I was told there was nothing they could do since the items were returned in store, and customer service has nothing to do with the stores... So that was a waste of time. All around, a poor experience.

It's out of my character to leave a review for a clothing store, but let me just say that the staff here are SO friendly, kind, and helpful!! Came in for a quick return right as they were going to close -- worried about cutting it close -- instead, they were so accommodating and cheerful! Allowed me to process my online return within minutes.They are also the ONLY LOFT location in Chicago open until 7pm right now. Thankful for you all!

I had a wonderful experience in this store today (9/18 430pm). Two sales associates in specific were so kind and fun to talk to, and made me feel comfortable. We chatted about our body shape and what styles work best for our figure. I wish I had asked for their names because they need to know they made my day. With such little human interaction these, talking to them made me feel like I was chatting with my girlfriends. Not only that but they were knowledgeable on how Lou and Grey sizes run (one if the women said she transferred from Lou & Grey on Southport). I haven't always had the best experiences in this store, years ago my office was 2 blocks away and I'd shop during lunch or to take a breather. Today, it felt like I was walking into a completely different store. Anyway, I hope they read this because it made my day and I'll definitely be returning.
