GREAT service. I called these guys in a complete panic because I couldn't get my bike rack off my hitch. I was leaving town in hours and needed it off. They let me come right over, did everything they could, and finally had to put the car on the lift. After about 20 minutes they got the rusted bike rack off, loaded it in my car and I was on my way! I really appreciated them helping on such short notice and at a really reasonable price. Thank you!

Logan Square Auto Repair provided a solid and reliable experience. The staff was honest, helpful, and explained the issues with my car clearly. The work was completed in a reasonable amount of time, and the pricing felt fair compared to other shops in the area. The only drawback was that scheduling was a bit tight, so I had to wait longer than expected. Still, the quality and professionalism made it worth it. I would definitely return for future repairs.

Excellent Auto shop! I've been here several times for big jobs and smaller issues. Today I called at 2:30 pm about my headlight being stuck in my honda crv and Nick said to come on over and fixed it right away and I was all done at 3:00. This really made my day and I am so grateful. I'm so thankful and couldn't ask for a more helpful, honest, professional experience. Cruz has also been great in helping me.

Went to get an oil change. I also needed them to fix a side mirror and replace my headlight bulb.
They said they offered free inspection with oil change, I said sure. They quoted me 2600 dollars for a simple suspension repair that I didn’t need, they quoted me for breaks with pictures not even showing the pads or rotors. They said oil change is complete come get the car.
I went to drive it and the car wouldn’t start. They jumped it. The repair on the headlight was not complete and the bulb is still out. I directly asked them to replace both headlight bulbs.
Sure they did some work, but the service was incomplete and leaves me wondering if they actually did the things I needed and I can only hope they didn’t introduce a new problem with starting my car.
Update: they tried to tell me that they didn’t notice the bulb even though there’s a perfectly clear picture of the light bulb that’s out on their inspection report. Very simple mistakes that clearly demonstrate your practice.

I have an older model Volkswagen and have had several good experiences with Logan Square Auto - I'm so happy to have found such a great shop in the neighborhood! The technicians are always very thorough in documenting and explaining everything, as well as helping to determine what is most urgent to fix and what can wait when things aren't quite in the budget. I feel like I learn something new about my car every time they've worked on it, which is great. I recently had a repair where the part ended up being faulty and they fixed it right away, with no charge, and even went above and beyond and offered to give it another inspection before an upcoming road trip. Nick was so helpful and it was such a relief that it wouldn't be another big auto bill to worry about!

We have two BMWs and have found THE auto shop that can identify, repair and maintain our vehicles. LSARepair have expert technicians, conduct themselves with the highest level of integrity and professionalism, complete honesty, very kind and quick turn around. It's not just BMWs. I noticed several luxury foreign and older classic domestic cars that were in the shop for service. We looked into LSARepair after the typical conversations of costs from the BMW dealership. Never again. I wish there was a rating of 10 stars! Note: We live in Streeterville and the shop is in Logan Square. Chicagoans, go outside your neighborhood for your car maintenance/repairs. I promise, you won't be disappointed!

This was the absolute worst shop I’ve ever been to, these aren’t honest people. I was quoted $450 over the phone only for me to get there and quoted at $5000! My car looked like it wasn’t even looked at, it was parked in the exact place I left it. I towed my car to another shop where I was only quoted $1700. Please watch out for mechanics like this.
