Brilliant. I had an oriental rug that I wanted to become an octagonal ottoman, voila, Louis and his team did it! It's gorgeous. I appreciated the in home consult and pick-up service. Fair price, quality work, I will for sure be a repeat customer.

Louis Custom Upholstery was easy to work with and created beautiful work for our business. They worked with within a tight timeframe, helped us think outside of the box for a creative solution for our space, and helped us with our install. And they did all of that with a smile on their faces! We will be recommending this business to friends, family, and customers in the future and will work with them again as we need!

Great work, easy to work with
I needed my outdoor set reupholstered after years of wear. Louis quoted a price better than a few other shops and was much more responsive and easy to work with than others I've tried. (Seems like a lot of upholsterers only want to work with interior designers, not just regular folks.) He added tufting and piping -- judging they'd make for a better final result -- without charging me more. I paid him for the extra work anyway because the quality was so good. Will be back

Extremely disappointed. They came to my home and promised to get me a quote after reviewing my couch. I followed up days later and nothing. They read my texts and just ignored me. Don't waste your time.

I have so many good things to say about Louis and his team, I don’t even know where to start!
- First off, Louis’ communication was beyond expectation — he was extremely responsive and professional. Both on Yelp and via text / call
- Second, he offers scheduled pick up and drop off for your furniture which all the other companies I looked at did not offer
- He has a great, creative eye for design and worked with me and my fiancé to find the perfect fabric for our chairs
- Louis offers an extremely wide range of high quality fabrics and materials to choose from (you will be sure to find exactly what you need — and Louis was happy to coach us through the process)
- He also has really great and flexible hours to accommodate even the busiest professionals (evenings + Saturdays)
- Lastly, and most importantly, is the quality of his work! He took 15+ year old chairs and made them look brand new (even better than the original if I’m being honest!). We know we are going to get decades more out of these chairs because of the quality and care Louis put into his work.
OH! And the price was extremely competitive and reasonable based on the other quotes I received.
I’m sure I’m leaving out something, but I’ll leave with this: we could not be more happy with our newly upholstered chairs — we’ve already received countless compliments and we will absolutely be going back to Louis for any of our upholstery needs.

Had a great experience with Louis Custom Upholstery. A fairly new couch developed tears along a seam (company where purchased suddenly went out of business??) and Luis responded quickly, came to my home & made repairs on site. Cannot see where the work was done. So professional - and reasonable to boot. Highly recommend

Really good choice for reupholstering our dining room chairs. Louis is helpful and responsive. I picked three fabrics and he was able to get my #1 choice delivered right away. He also got our chairs back home in a timely manner. Recommended.

I could not be more happy with my chairs. Louis was super helpful and responsive in helping pick the perfect fabric. He and his wife picked up and dropped off, the job is absolutely perfect. The quality of the work is incredible. I'm already eyeing up what i can re-upholster next!

Louis helped me to reupholster a couch and dining room chair cushions. He responded right away, helped me pick our fabrics that were gorgeous, but also good for a family of 5 with 2 dogs. The pieces turned out so much better than I ever imagined. My only regret was not reupholstering them sooner. Louis was so wonderful to work with, and I can not recommend him enough!

Excellent service and top quality work. I got my couch cushion replaced. There was a delay with the foam order from their supplier - Luis went above and beyond to get my order back to me on time.I would have liked if they were a little more active in their communication (I had to call back to get the initial quote), but their knowledge and skill makes up for it. It's more than worth the extra phone call.

I dropped off a seat cushion for reupholstery and was told I would get a call or text with a quote to approve the work. I never heard back, so I called after 12 days, and again heard nothing back. Arrivederci seat cushion.
