They need to change attitudes in the store. They walk around like they’re sad and upset and don’t want to help you. I wasn’t even read it when I walked in the store. They need to know who is who at least look up my purchase history before you completely ignore someone. Also when I finally did get someone’s attention, I was trying to buy scarfs match all my bikinis. and she told me that there are more to look at but “she don’t feel like pulling all of them out, and she’s not gonna pull out all of these scarfs” and then start huffing and puffing to express her clear attitude,

I told an associate that I wanted a purse and had a budget of $2500. It’s LV so I already knew my options were limited but there were still plenty of options on LV’s website.Instead, the associate encouraged me to consider a wallet or other smaller accessories. I said I wanted a purse. Showed me two purses (both of which he clearly thought were unappealing) then recommended that I should check out a Prada because “that might be more in my price range.”Immediately, I thought about Regina George being told to try Sears. Now I understand Regina’s frustration.Side note, I went to another LV and the associate showed me five purses.

Horrible experience. I have shopped at LV in Hawaii and their customer service was amazing. This store was lacking in sales staff but they had ample amount of security who were just unhelpful. Every time I asked for even the smallest thing was told “I work in security and not sales” they didn’t even try to help me find someone who does work in sales. They really need to hire more sales professionals because we waisted an hour just sitting there because I need the right size for my shoes that I bought. But when we did finally get a sales rep he was fantastic. Still standing and waiting to be helps was below expectations for over $1000 shoes.

I wish I remember the name of my SA from my purchase back in February, because she was amazing and attentive and helpful. Having been to a bunch of other locations in the country, this was one of the best experiences for me compared to the others.

I feel unsafe shopping at this store! They do not have an armed guard and always be getting robbed by people! Please care about customers safety!!!!

This is the Walmart version of LV stores. Associates do not know how to do customer service. They will judge you the moment you walk in. If you're a certain color, they will treat you right. My friend was looking at a purse she really wanted and the associate acted like he hated being there. Could not make eye contact and making us feel we're wasting his time. When asked to show us the purse, he throws it on the counter. They just hire anyone at this point.

My first time there, it was a very pleasant experience! Rita, I highly recommend her, she really focuses on you, and only you until you have made a purchase. Three days later, I wanted to return a bag but I the service wasn’t the same as last time, but it overall went well.

I purchased a Louis Vuitton in downtown Chicago for $4906.20 on 12/18/2022. I had buyer's remorse and took it back to the store for my credit on 1/9/2023. I looked at my credit card statement today 1/28/2023 AND THEY HAVE NOT CREDITED ME BACK!!!!!!!! I NEED A MANAGER TO CALL ME BACK ASAP AND CREDIT ME TODAY!!! IT IS 19 DAYS LATER.

I visited last week and the store manager kept looking at me like I was crazy. Her name is Cleanne. She kept treating me like I was not worthy of purchasing Louis Vuitton, I even showed her a screenshot of what I wanted to buy but that was not good enough. My experience with Cleanne was so awful, go down the street to LV on Michigan Ave JUST TO AVOID CLEANNE. AWFUL!!

UPDATE 11/11/22:I wanted to repost an update to a bad review that I left…Fast forward 2 years later..I was able to get my replacement. I worked with Marissa/Annika. At first the process was like pulling teeth but I was able to replace my defective product. I LOVE LOVE LOVE my new wallet! This product is durable and will last a lot longer than the other wallet that I had and hardly ever carried. Thank you MARISSA for being a true professional. I will definitely work with her again in the future to buy more LV products…thank YOU!!

Came here the other day with my wife , doing someShopping inside the mall came to this Louis Vuitton store , rodrigo helped my wife pick out the bag that she wanted my wife was being very difficult and picky and made ridrigo pull out several bags before she finally decided , also she got a scarf and the matching wallet for her bag , overall 5 stars rodrigo was very helpful and she is happy with her purchase

I had a positive experience here, although the item I wanted was not in stock. Despite this, the associate went out of his way to see what he could do to track one down. I prefer this location because the staff is exceptionally kind even though the store itself is kind of small.
