Shopped for a gift for a bachelorette party and the store associates were extremely helpful in finding the right size, etc. They were extremely friendly and the store was so well organized!

The sales associate Nielle was extremely knowledgeable and honest with their recommendations and care instructions. I felt very comfort expressing my needs and concerns and Nielle was a delight to chat with. I dont shop here often but when I do the team is always wonderful. Thank you!!

They sold me a broken womanizer classic 2 . Called store once I got home and they said they cannot do anything about it and I need to contact manufacturer. This store is a complete rip off .

My partner and I came here and were helped by Erica R. Erica was super helpful and extremely knowledgeable. My partner is usually very shy, but Erica was so bright and welcoming that it really put them at ease. Really positive experience.

I am a long time sex-positive person and have been kicking spicing up our sex life with my current, pleasantly vanilla, sexually shy partner. She brought up getting a vibrator multiple times so eventually I pressed we go to this particular Lover's Lane location since I knew it had parking available. I really want to speak to the wonderful customer service we received from Erica R and Chris Y. Absolute A+ top notch. They were able to help disarm my shy partner into helping advocate for herself and what she would be interested in. I didn't want to make choices for her and they took great care of her. We will be using our newly acquired goodies tonight and will probably receive poor yelp reviews from our neighbors after the fact. Eric and Chris are the kind of customer service people anyone would want in retail so I hope Lover's Lane is taking good care of them and compensating them properly for their service.

Girlfriend bought a corset for her Halloween party, they forgot to take the security tag off and when she realized it they were closing and we lived too far away to get back in time. We went back the next day and tried to return it because she obviously couldn’t wear it with the tag. They don’t accept returns, even on unused clothing still with the security tag. Assistant manager wasn’t helpful and didn’t try to offer any solution or compromise.

The best thing about my boyfriend and I is that we get paid different week for example I get paid tomorrow and he got paid last week. So I love that they had there sale that if you spend $50 on Lingerie you get a free pair of panties. I'm just glad that we moved to Illinois to be close to our jobs from Detroit. All of that driving in one day kinda sucks. Also its make us feel better when we get at least a 2 to 3 hr nap before ????? At night

Omg super great experience. I was helped in such a professional way and my nerves about coming into an adult store we're squashed after immediately being helped by sales associates. We had friendly conversation and I learned a thing or two about back door play time I needed to know before adventuring into that experience. Shout out to Sydney, Chris and Izzy working the store today for their customer service! I didn't feel like I was being pushed to buy products or followed around the store, unlike other adult stores I've visited around the area. Y'all are super chill and friendly people! I was reading previous yelp reviews and idk if y'all came under new management or something cause I had a wonderful experience, highly recommend!!!

Assistant manager was very rude and had a very dirty look on her face. “Because I Can” was the words she used. I also saw a glimpse of some roaches by her desk eating her chipotle. By the looks of it she did not care. Tea time with the roaches Kalista. Never visiting again.
