Never, ever by anything from Lowe's, especially a home appliance, using a non lowes credit card. If you do, you have 24 hours to interface with them directly to resolve any issues or disputes; otherwise, you have to deal with their third party service. They suck! Will never purchase from them again.

Home installation service is a nightmare. I placed my order on July 2, it's fully paid, it's now mid September and I'm still waiting to be scheduled. The customer service is horrible. I've made at least 10 calls, none of them helpful. I asked to speak to a manager and was told none of them could speak to me because they were busy with inventory. Don't buy home installation from this place.

do not shop here. there return policy is the worst. after doing a home renovation, I tried to return an unu expensive faucet and because it was outside the 90 day return policy, they wouldn't even give me an in-store credit.

I ordered several times through the Lowes app. The charged and deposited several times into my checking account without my knowledge. I did receive my last order/item last week and they charged me for it. Just like they were supposed to do. Now they charged me for the same item I received last week again. I will not be using Lowes stores or their app anymore. They lost a long time customer for life. If they do not correct this I will be contacting the BBB.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. They don't pick up the phone for customer support. When you visit the store, you press the help button and the store employees take 30 minutes to get to you. When I actually purchased 34 cement bags, I asked for help loading them in the car. Had to do it myself, I am a woman. Terrible absolutely horrible service all around. Don't go here.

If you are considering "ordering" anything from Lowes - FORGET IT -- Go somewhere else! Lowes used $7000+ of my money over 6 months, put my wife, daughter, and I through untold pain and misery -- and gave us nothing in return. I rated Lowes a "1" but would have rated them a negative five (-5) if I could have. Here is my purchase experience in Chicago for over $7000 in product and installation services. The "only" positive experience was with the front-line salesperson who took our order. She tried her best to overcome all the "Lowes" issues as noted below. She should be given an award. Everything else, as shown below, was a COMPLETE COLOSSAL TOTAL DISASTER! - Took 2 weeks to get measurements due to incorrect record-keeping - Initial order was reportedly "cancelled at customer request" (NOT!) resulting in another visit to the store to fix - Provided several incorrect delivery/install dates that pushed out to 5 months before I pulled the plug - Two subsequent purchases were asked of me as not all needed product was ordered by Lowes at the initial purchase - I've had three different product deliveries (should have been one) with up to 9 missing components. I will need a fourth because more damaged product was returned, and I am still waiting on promise dates for the additional product delivery. Lowes apparently doesn't audit deliveries to make sure they are complete. - Installation team incorrectly recorded a "partial install" as a "complete install". The install team had no idea I needed more work. - Delivery/pickup/return drivers arrived at unexpected times - No return phone calls from anyone in the company across all Departments. 75% of the time nobody even answered calls. - Lowes staff covers multiple Departments resulting in a complete lack of continuity in resolving issues. This problem was amplified because most of the staff is part-time. - Impossible to get connected within the company. Probably 50+ phone calls to get in touch with anyone who can help. Gave up on calling the store/company and just went into the store when something was needed. - Never could reach the Store Manager. - Paid everything up-front (mistake!). Lowes probably made a couple hundred bucks in interest over the 5 months with my money. - Product was garbage. Almost 40% of the product was damaged resulting in returns. Boxes were intact, so I can only imagine their supplier was putting known-damaged product into boxes hoping we would accept them. Major quality issues. - Escalation to a) Customer Care and b) Corporate resulted in "one" return call and no results. - Lowes even made a mistake in scheduling the pickup of the returned product. Now I'm sitting at home waiting to see if they arrive before my Holiday party later today. Oops ... they just rescheduled the pickup until the exact time of my Holiday party. Now I have to reschedule. Oops ... not tomorrow - have to wait 3 days. Oops .. pickup team won't return the product until I uninstall and carry all cabinets to our garage. The next day the pickup team gives me another shock indicating they do not have room in their truck for 13 cabinets. Finally they relent and abandon the others on their delivery list for the day. - Received a partial refund for some of my cabinets, but another visit is required to get approval from the Store Manager. - Store Manager doesn't even bother to meet with us on the final day. - The next day final refunds take 2.5 hours and 6 return receipts. Why 6 when the original purchase was one receipt ???? - Time to return to Home Depot as my "go-to" big box store.

Worst customer service I've ever dealt with. This is my experience. I purchased a washer less than two years ago and it suddenly stopped working. The part that was broke was not covered under warranty. It was going to cost me $450 to get fixed. The only parts that are covered are the ones that will never break. I ended up buying another washer from Lowe's on Thursday, October 27. It was delivered Saturday. I ran a load an hour after receiving the washer and noticed it was leaking. Call Lowe's immediately and schedule the repair man to come Sunday between noon and four. They didn't call until 7 PM at night only to find out they were movers and not repairman. Now I call Lowe's again but no one can help me until the following day. Now today's Monday and I call first thing in the morning only to be put on hold for 45 minutes. I ended up going into the store to talk to a sales associate and they told me they've never call for repair man on your behalf that you need to do that on your own. So why did the woman two days prior lie to me and say she set up a repairman when she did not. Currently was on hold for over an hour with the number I was referred to to schedule repair. The earliest date is November 15. I've never had this issue while dealing with ABT or Home Depot. They've always been quick to fix an issue. I will write a follow up review on November 15.

Do not use Lowes for fence installation. The prior installation company they used were excellent until they decided not to deal with Lowe any more. When they repaired my fence they damaged the post. Took Lowes 2 months to bring a replacement, the new company they hired 3 more months to come out and look at the broken pole and here it is over a month and nothing has been done. Calls to Lowes are a joke. They say some one from the fence company will call in 24 to 48 hours.

People in this store are so lazy. I was looking for floor protector pads that you attach to the bottom of furniture legs. Didn't see any employees around so I asked at customer service. They wouldn't check where and insisted the were in aisle 2. I said I just checked that aisle but they insisted they were there. I checked again. No my eyes weren't deceiving me. I went back and they again insisted they were there. Right there they pointed. I walked out at that point. I then checked there website and sure enough they were in aisle 4. What lazy pos people. I wish I could give them zero stars.

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I ordered some items from another Lowe's, and then was informed they didn't have the items, although it said online that they had plenty. I needed to cancel that order and re-order from another Lowe's location, and I ended up choosing this store. I received the text that my order was ready. I drove an hour to the store, notified them that I was there, and waited 45 minutes in the curbside pickup spot. I tried calling from the car to see if I could speak to someone to let them know I was waiting. I was immediately put on hold. I then went into the store, where I saw 4 employees standing around in various spots. I went to the customer service desk--a female employee was on the phone. She didn't acknowledge my presence at all. I waited several minutes, and a line formed behind me as she continued to talk on the phone. Another customer entered the store--it seemed to be the one she had been speaking to on the phone--he went right up to the desk and continued talking to her. She still said nothing to me or the other people in line, and did not call for another employee to help. I left the store and tried calling twice from my car, to speak to someone--the phone just rang and rang. I'll never order from Lowe's again!

We will never purchase anything from Lowe's again, not even a bolt. We bought a dishwasher and waited a full month for delivery and set up and the day of, their third party service cancelled on us after one of us stayed home from work. No follow up to reschedule, nothing. This is beyond the worst customer service. Cancelled for a refund the same day

I like shopping here; but please don't make the mistake of buying an appliance with delivery. After 3 unsuccessful attempts to get a new stove delivered, I had to cancel the order. Originally scheduled for Aug 6th, the driver didn't show, and later I received a phone call that they couldn't deliver on that day. I thought, this is how things go in our post covid world. So, I rescheduled for the 10th. On the 10th, the driver didn't have the right equipment to handle the stove and damaged it getting it off the truck. So, I rescheduled for Aug 20th. On that day, the driver showed up but didn't have the right adapter to instal the stove (even though I had paid for an install kit). So, He could bring it up, but wouldn't be able to install it. That wouldn't work for me! I called Lowes, and was told that they would issue a refund. After a few days no refund appeared on my credit card. Called Lowes, again on the 27th, and was told that the stove was delivered! I asked to speak with a manager, who was very nice, and confirmed that the stove was not delivered, and was confirmed to be in their warehouse. (I wonder how long it would have sat there before someone would think of contacting me!). I recommend that for appliances, you make the long trip to Abt Electronics in Glenview. They are excellent, and never any hassle.

No one seems to know how the promotions work in that store. The suppose supervisor, just kept telling me it's craftsman that has the deals. He doesn't know anything and doesn't know how the promotion works. It's too bad that they have some employees that actually go out of their way to help you out. Then the others just wonder, walk, text, talk on their phones, and are just their yo take up space. After I spend my only day off(Sunday) In this Lowes, for 3 hours. I still didn't get any of my questions answered nor did they go out of their way to even help me. Especially that so call supervisor. If your going yo go to this store for advice or even help. Your better off going on you tube and/or doing your own research.
