Never been here before, and honestly, I've never been that big of a fan of Lowe's.
4/5★ because of their roof!
If you haven't already, switch to satellite view.
Would have been 5/5★ if they had it rotated 180° that way it would be right side up from Gmap’s default orientation.

Customer service is not important to this store. Store manager made excuses about an assistant manager who don’t do they job properly. So disappointed.

This location is a bit smaller than a suburban Lowe's. Well stocked shelves and clean with plenty of customer service associates available to assist you. The selections are limited though. In the entire store they only had one type of empty spray bottle for $4.00. Again limited selection on various items. But it does carry everything a standard Lowe's does.

More expensive than the other two places nearby. Not one person approached us to ask if we needed assistance. We wound up getting what we needed elsewhere.

Waited on someone to help me was called on intercom twice I waited 10 mins. to long was leaving to go to Home Depot a employee in the electric department helped me, and then the guy finally came to cut a plastic runner. The runner I don't like it slips when walking on it doesn't stay in place.

Was hung up on twice simply trying to return my order that was ready for pickup. Half of my order was to be shipped and the other somehow was ready for pickup at a store location that was over 30 miles away from me, and that I was unable to pickup. Wasn’t able to do anything on the app and customer service told me to call the store. I get it’s the holidays, I’ve worked retail for over 20 years, and am trying to be patient and polite about this. Waited 30 mins all together on the phone just to be hung up on twice doesn’t feel great. Please get it together.

Byron 5 stars and Lowe’s 2stars order a washer & dryer, which I have been getting the run around, order electric but needed gas, got gas now Lowe’s installers have wrong size gas line and tell us to go and get the correct size, go to Lowe’s only for a associate to give us the wrong size again, after rescheduling the Lowe’s installer to come out for the 2nd time & they all seem to speaks not English and going to Lowe’s for the 3rd Byron went over and beyond assisting us I was ready to act a plum fool in that Lowe’s but I left feeling determine and heard. Still over dryer isn’t connected and it’s been a week of stress, I’m feeling hopeful it will be completed tomorrow.

The night time crew they have working sucks just shut it down at 700 pm if you gonna have people that don't know anything
