I had to do a quick stop to get a humidifier filter. This very nice and friendly lady asked if I needed something, I asked where to find my item, and she nicely pointed to the right direction.

Just had one of the best service encounters at a Lowe’s. Just recently moved back and had to buy furnace filters. Ordered them on the app for pickup. I was in and out in 5 minutes! Daisy at pickup was so nice and very friendly. She got me in and out of there. My new Lowe’s from now on.

I haven't been here in a long time, but now, I will be back more often. I came for wood to build a poster frame, I am a novice, but have some experience. A polite young man named Zach approached and asked if I needed assistance. I said not with picking the wood but I do need it cut. So he asked for the measurements and got to it. I handed him the next piece, we chatted for a minute and I got ready to head out. He is very polite, and helpful. Also he took a minute after our chat to share some kind words that made my night, and quite honestly I'll always remember, it's rare to experience that genuine kindness nowadays, but it does exist. Then heading towards the checkout, I see one that says like business something, so I ask if I can check out there, and the young lady says yes. So I get up to the register and Cindy is also super sweet and friendly. I ask her if there is a manager I can leave a compliment for her and Zach, she points out the survey. Super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The service could not be better!!!

Awful experience. Don't give them your money. I spent $2,000 on a new washer/dryer tower and was told I have to buy the accessories for their guys to do the installation. The moment the delivery men/installers came in, they were looking for reasons not to do their jobs. He came in and said, "there is no shut of valve", for the gas. My boyfriend pointed to it and said "it is right here.." To which the delivery man replied "OH...." . He then reached and very slowly turned on the hot water valve, where two little drips came out. He said "oh it is leaking, I can not install". Boyfriend explained "well yeah when you open it slow like that it's going to. We went and opened the water valve 4 times after this, and there was no leaking.. I let the water run for 6 min and NO LEAKING. Crazy how this man does this for a living and couldn't see the gas shut off valve right in front of him or know simple plumbing common places. Be aware that free installation really means no installation at all.

Isabel is such a great worker at lowes! She was so helpful when it came to trying to design our new kitchen layout! She really helped us find the best deals and she knew her stuff! We appreciated her knowledge and personableness! I can see why many call her and reach out to her with finalizing remodeling projects-shes awesome!
