I had a good experience at this store. I'm not big on being bugged with constant customer service but the employees here did acknowledge me when I walked in and let me know if I needed help, they were right there to assist. I tried on 4 leggings and took 3 and was even assisted at the register with locating a wonder train in a shorter inseam that I did not see at first. The gentleman in the dressing room was so friendly as was everyone around the store.

Great place and amazing helpful staff, everyone there has a great attitude and are super helpful in helping you find what you like and love, definitely will keep returning to this location anytime I need anything!

Took me sometime to process what happened Monday evening around 6pm. I was at the store with my partner and asking for my search history because I was looking for a specific shirt. As I was receiving help 3 black girls stormed right in and yelled “we’re doing it again” and proceeded to snatch a load of clothes. The manager was calling the police and legit said “hey, the girls I reported two hours ago are stealing again”. I stepped back because I wasn’t sure if those girls were carrying are not. The whole situation was just so ghetto.
I’m leaving this review because the women who were working at this location that night I felt so terribly sorry for. Having to go to work and constantly getting robbed is just so disgusting.
I still tried my clothes on and purchased what I was going for. I was only able to get 2 shirts because the rest were snatched. I hope the girls are okay and can mentally recover from this. I hope it gets better for them. All my love & best of luck.

Staff is amazing. Stuff is great. Service is great. Only upsetting is that it’s getting looted every day employees are not feeling safe. They may try to make a living and government doesn’t do anything and Lululemon does not support employees. Why would we want to buy Lululemon when it is, not taking care of the employees safety

I just had the best experience at lululemon thanks to Zach! He is just the nicest person! Such a great person to have in customer service. He made me feel comfortable and also took care of all needs! Overall everything went smooth! I hope lululemon recognizes how lucky they are to have Zach working for them! This just became my favorite lulu location in chicago! Thank you Zach for being super helpful! Also I would like to point out I never leave reviews but I had such a great experience that I needed to give credit to Zach!

There's this weird guy that follows you around in the store being so obvious that he thinks you're gonna steal. Seemed to act shocked that I wanted to ask the price for an item. Just super rude and weird. You can tell he's outing you in comparison to other customers. I just came to get my sister a gift but I think she'll have to pick something else from now on lmao

Just avoid this Lululemon if you can. Went in to simply buy a Fanny pack and hair clips. I was attempting to use my first responder discount for both items when the cashier refused to honor the discount only because it was mentioned that the clips would be for my wife, instead of myself... The cashier eventually provided the discount but threaten to flag my first responder discount for "miss usage" of my account. It is also not the very first time my wife and I have had issues with unprofessionalism/rudeness at this location. The Lincoln Park location is definitely the one to go to.

We went to this location to see if we could find some shorts. May sound odd -shorts in Chicago in November but we needed it for Fla.! They didn't have any so we tried on some shirts and ended up with a key chain! Don't ask me. Nothing really fit the way we wanted it to so we figured we could wait. I always like looking around to see what they have. Maybe they'll get a real pickleball line of clothes soon! That would be nice. This location has some cute 'props' since I like to take a lot of pictures!! :)

I love lululemon and have spent considerable money purchasing items. I've never had a negative experience until I came into this store. Unfortunately, both times I visited I had a poor experience. The staff are very unwilling to help. I was trying to exchange an item, and I felt they were not accommodating and basically told me to contact customer support. They said they 'were a small neighborhood store'. I would think they would want to have loyal customers and support those customers. Unfortunately, I will not be supporting and spending my money at this store. I will happily go to any other location.
