They were super friendly and helpful. I was treated very well in my visit today when exchanging a jacket that lost its color. They helped me out right away and with a smile.

I dropped off two pairs of leggings to get hemmed and when I came to pick them up, they said someone else picked up my hemmed leggings? With this expensive of clothing, they should check emails to make sure people are picking up the right clothing items.
They gave me two new pairs but not the material I wanted and not hemmed obviously. Super disappointing

Excellent goods but service is very average. Sales person do not make effort for hemming your pants. Minor alterations takes up to 3 weeks

Walked in on a weekday to an empty store and tried asking for assistance with finding an item. The employees were huddled in a corner gossiping and paid no attention to me. Ended up speaking with the employee in charge of the dressing room who acted like she would rather be anywhere but there. Do yourself a favor and go to the Rush Street location down the block where they are actually friendly and more accommodating, plus the store is bigger so more options to choose from.

I used to really like this location and prefer it over the others. But after my recent visit where I was treated like a imbecile, I am never going back there. I left, went over to Rush Street where they did exactly what I needed in two seconds and were nice as can be. 900 n has some of the rudest women working there. forget that store.

I ordered some items online for in-store pickup and they were available the same day within a few hours. I was tied up with work and was unable to go in to the store that day and planned to go in the next day (as the email says the window for pickup is until end of business next day) and when I went in they told me they had canceled my order and no longer had the items available as they sold them. They could not help further. I called Lululemon directly and got the items reordered and expedited while the store was zero help.Recommend order online or go to a different store for customer service.

I couldn't believe it. I have been going to lululemon regularly most of my clothes and the service is amazing so I didn't expect that I would be treated so horribly when I walked in here. I was looking for the milkshake pink scuba I understand it is sold out everywhere but I asked an employee just in case and she looked me up and down and told me "it would only be in extra small so no" and I had to just smile and act as if she didn't completely shatter my heart. I haven't felt bad about my body in a long time since I've lost so much weight but never has anyone said something about me in that way at least to my face. I just had to come say something because this was so hard on me to understand how she could say something like that from a employee perspective she should have been professional or atleast showed me the jacket regardless if I could have worn it but to shut me down and treat me like I didn't belong keep in mind I'm not even large anymore I'm down to a medium after all my hard work. Just be careful going here if you want to be treated like a human.
