Warning, do not purchase gift cards from this store. I recently purchased a gift card from this lululemon location and the balance was drained immediately after I purchased it. Lululemon customer service said there was nothing they can do and they would not give my money back. This location is selling scammed gift cards where someone else already has the card info.

On July 10th, around 5-6pm, I was there to make a purchase. The stuff Liz, she was helping me checkout. She actually gave me a hard time on that process. First, She asked me to offer my email in a careless way. I showed her my phone with my email typing on the Screen. She refused to take a look and kept emphasizing that I was supposed to read for her.
1 did because she was being so impatient and tough. I read every letter and she kept checking with me, and make sure I pronounce the letters in a right way. She wasted me so many times on the email address giving process. I feel insulted by her and accent shamed. I cancelled the order and left. But when I realized I should not be treated and disrespected in that way, I came back to the store and asked her ' May I have your name'? She was hesitate to tell me at the first place. At that time, there's a coworker standing there and gave her a sign that she should tell me her name.
She did. Thanks to that coworker. After a month, I still cannot let this scene go. So I leave the comment here. I don't think there can be any discrimination and disrespect to any customers of any race. If Liz is not in a good mood, she can stand home and comfort herself down instead of being mean and shame customers, especially none white people. Be nice to others can make your life happier, right LIZ?

Large selection and the educators are so helpful! I had to make an exchange due to a sizing issue and they were nothing short of helpful and even ordered a size and style that was out of stock for me. This is my favorite Lululemon location in the city and I have been going for 10 years despite the experience stores that have popped up in Lincoln Park and West Loop (both great locations but Gold Coast is my favorite by far).

Was there Saturday 6/9/24 around 2pm and the place was robbed by 3 young black woman carrying out well over a thousand dollars of merch. The employees brushed it off and said it happens all the time. Hire a security guard! Why is your store and corporate part of the problem and just letting people steal goods which will just raise prices for paying customers? Customers also shouldn't feel unsafe shopping since your store is OK with being robbed REGULARLY?!

Horrible attitude of the ‘Educator’ at Rush location . Extremely condescending- was exchanging a pair of pants WITH THE TAG ON and never worn … 31 days from purchase and wouldn’t even think about exchanging . I’ve never been treated so poorly . I felt because I wasn’t dressed like an Oak Street client she profiled me . Will never return . No wonder the site was empty .. walked over to Alo and made a purchase and that store was packed , customer service was extremely professional so that’s who’s getting all my future business .

I am a lulu fan… but I have to agree with some of the reviews here that the overall vibe here was uninviting and snobby-ish.. I came on a quiet Monday afternoon around 3pm. I was not greeted or offered any assistance so I decided to just proceed with returning the items I had purchased online so that I could leave. The demeanor/body language of the staff that was handling my returns made it seem like she was being inconvenienced, which made me feel bad for no reason— it was just unfortunately, an unpleasant experience, unwelcoming and uncomfortable experience.

Terrible customer service - go to the Fulton market location, they’ve always been great but the people here won’t go out of their way to help you at all. I’ve hemmed my pants at lululemon several times but they insisted that I have to come into the store and put them on in order to do so. I called them in advance saying my wife will bring in my pants and I’ve marked where to hem them. I’ve done this multiple times but the employee just said it’s not our policy and shot her down when she tried to drop them off even though the employee said it was fine when I called earlier that same day.

I was greeted by Tyler who was very professional; however he needed assistance to tackle my problem. Cat was even more pleasurable to work with taking the time to hear me out and assure me that she could handle my inquiry. It was comforting that they are making more clothing for us Big & Tall guys!
