Assistant manager was so rude and refused to hem my pants based on the inseam measurement I provided, and wanted me to put on and pin 6 of the same pairs in different colors. She also refused to use a tape measure in doing so. How are you supposed to get all these pants to the same length by eyeballing it? Unbelievable. Never going back.

I came in on a very busy Saturday around 2:30pm to exchange an online purchase. I walked in and left my 2 Wunder train leggings at the register and went to go grab 2 aligns and a towel for my exchange. The store was well stocked. Everything was organized very neatly (despite the store being PACKED) and a store associate even offered assistance. I asked if they had the aligns in the 21 inseam and she was quick & knowledgeable and mentioned the inseam sizes in stock. The exchange was seamless and the store associates were helpful and polite. I was worried about the exchange process because I've read so many reviews for this location and was dreading the whole process, but it was seamless. I had my online receipts and my products were brand new with tags and in the original packing baggies. Great location overall.

Horrible quality shirts that come apart after washing gently. I guess these expensive clothes are made to wear one time and throw away?? Also the synthetic materials are bad for my skin and prevents me from wearing it. All around waste of money on top of the horrible customer service that I experienced from the rude employees. They act as if your presence in the store is an insult to their existence. Please do better. For the amount of money these items cost you would think that the service and quality of the experience would be high but unfortunately it’s not. Low end store not high end as they promote and claim

Most unpleasant shopping experience ever. For context, I’m a black female. Upon walking into this store, I was followed by security in a not-so-subtle way and when I asked one of the shopping associates for help, I was met with a snarky, sarcastic response. Unfortunately, this location deals with a lot of theft and because of that, they profile black people. As a hard-working woman who walked into this store and spent over $500, this was not an experience I should’ve had to deal with in 2024. Lululemon will no longer get any more of my business due to this incident. I had a much better shopping experience at Beyond Yoga next door.

I came to pick up my online order and I was horribly greeted by Jessica. She told me the store closed at 5pm and that I had to come back another day. I asked why and she wouldn’t give me a reason why the store closed early. I asked if the store is closed then why are people still entering the store and if I could speak with a manager ? She told me it was none of my business why people were still entering and that she was the only manager. I told her fine then I will be calling customer care to cancel my order and she said great and closed the door. I literally sat in my car and watched people come in and out freely. Being a Latina, I have never been more discriminated against especially by another Latina who barely speaks English.
