i have been here to exchange some items due to manufacture faults such as tearing seams, and tore belt loop. this store would not work with me at all! i pay $150 for a pair of pants and get treated like im in the wrong when i want them repaired. now im trying to pick up the clothes from the store and i have call 15 plus times with no one ansering.. go to any other store BUT this ONE

Not the place to do a part for part exchange. Go to another store who will help you exchange same item for another size.

Great Customer Service from everyone soon as I entered the store. Clean, organized welcoming ambiance! Jenny was AMAZING and very is in tune with all the merch. I purchased the cutest black cropped puffer jacket for my daughter and she loved it! Thanks everyone at lululemon Fulton Market!

If you want to make any exchanges or get help with an item avoid this store and go to river north.Store employee was extremely rude and passive aggressive when I asked for an exchange of leggings. It was laughable that they told me that it was “user error” that my leggings had ripped while I was putting them on? I did not know that i was a normal user error for a pair of $150 leggings to rip when someone was pulling them up.I definitely felt micro aggressive vibes from the employees as there was another poc customer at the counter that they were being extremely rude to.Thankfully I was able to make an exchange at the river north location and the customer service there was great.

This specific lulu store is horrid. Service is terrible, any problems you have just call corporate. Shame on this store and the ownership.

Awful Lululemon location. I went there today and the two workers sprayed god knows what in the store and then proceeded to tell me to leave with their hands and didn’t speak or give any explanation for what was going on. Whatever they sprayed immediately made me sneeze 4 times and caused congestion within 5 seconds of being in the store? Why are we spraying the store during the middle of the day on a Wednesday? They then had the audacity to put a sign on the store saying sorry we are closed with no update on when they would open again. O yeah, and neither one of them answered the phone. Awful experience.

I had one of the best customer service interactions today with an employee at this location (Spencer). From the time I walked in the store, Spencer went above and beyond to ensure that I had an excellent experience and was courteous, kind, and highly professional. If I could have left a tip for Spencer, I would have left at least a $100 tip as I was that impressed. Spencer went out of the way to ensure that my needs were met and their willingness to help me provided me more confidence that Lululemon still is one of the best clothing stores to shop at (especially given I am a tall and big guy - at 6”7, 260). Thank you, Spencer, for making my day and possibly my entire month! I hope other employees at this store can learn from Spencer’s attitude, professionalism, and friendly spirit.

Just had a great interaction with an employee and a very not so great one.I went to this store to get a pair of pants hemmed and to exchange a piece of clothing.When I first went to get the pair of pants hemmed, the lady in the back was very nice and quickly helped me get it done.However when I went to the front to exchange, I told the lady I would like to make an exchange. She put my information in and found a the receipt and proceeded to try to refund me the money. I said “uh is this for exchange?” And the lady said “NO this is for return you said in the beginning that you wanted a return.” I know for sure I did not say return but even disregarding this, she made me feel like I ruined her whole day by “saying” the wrong thing. I even felt forced to apologize for something so trivial. Then she proceeded to try to exchange the item by refunding the discounted price I got on the item and charge me full price for the exchange. I asked about that and she said she can’t match the price because I PROBABLY got it on markdown. Then I explicitly said I got the deal through the Father’s Day discount. She immediately acted defensive and wanted proof. I showed her proof to which she finally made the exchange.Not sure who ruined her day before but she definitely didn’t have to ruin mine.
