I came in to the home department this evening in a rush to find some mugs as a gift for a friend. It was about 25 minutes until close but Anna and Dan were SO helpful and delightful the entire time. I felt awful stopping in so late, having worked in retail myself I know this can be an inconvenience. They not only helped me find exactly what I needed they were so wonderful, showing me so many options and sets! Dan even wrapped my gifts beautifully. I will be coming back just to shop with them next time!! Thanks Dan and Anna!

I had broken my shoes on my way to a cooking class so came in here afterward to grab something. The lady in the shoe department was not helpful and a bit snarky. It was close to closing time and you could tell she was over it. I found a super cute (but expensive) pair of sandals though!

Great place to shop without walking far from parking as garage is adjacent to the Bloomingdale's store and inside is a mall with nice stores inside, great sales always and friendly and helpful staff!...

The staff at the ground floor in Bloomingdale are not friendly at all. One of them African old lady was rude and talking negative with the fellow staff member. It was quite evident that she didn't want no one to attend me, assuming I may not make a purchase. For a matter of fact I did made a purchase, but staff members like her shouldn't make people feel uncomfortable by staring in a negative way and followed me wherever I moved. This isn't a good practice at all, please educate the staff to behave decent and stay humble at all times.

Went yesterday for a makeup session and it was totally abandoned. Was told no one has been at their counter for weeks and that no one checks their online booking system anyway.

I found perfect dresses there all by myself including getting myself other sizes. The team working there was not helpful. Didn't offer to help, checked his phone and complained that a customer had asked him to get another size on a different floor. I don't mind doing all the work when I'm shopping. That's fine. But it seems like bloomies should have a better experience than what's happening right now. Maybe they aren't being paid enough. Im sorry they have to work in retail If they don't like it.

I recently visited the iconic Buckingham Fountain in Chicago, and I must say it left me utterly captivated. This magnificent landmark, located in Grant Park, is truly a sight to behold. From the moment I laid eyes on the fountain, I was struck by its grandeur and beauty. The intricate design and the impressive size of the fountain instantly command attention. Standing at the center of the vast plaza, it exudes a sense of grandiosity and elegance that adds to the allure of the surrounding area. As the water jets soared gracefully into the air, I found myself entranced by the mesmerizing choreography of the fountain's water displays. The synchronicity of the cascading water, accompanied by the harmonious melodies that filled the air, created a magical ambiance that transported me to a place of tranquility and awe.The Buckingham Fountain not only impresses with its visual splendor but also holds historical significance. As one of the largest fountains in the world, it serves as a symbol of Chicago's rich heritage and architectural brilliance. It has become an iconic representation of the city itself, attracting locals and tourists alike with its timeless charm. Another aspect that struck me was the fountain's accessibility and its role as a gathering place. Whether it was families enjoying a leisurely stroll, couples sharing a romantic moment, or friends relaxing on the surrounding benches, Buckingham Fountain provided a welcoming space for people from all walks of life to come together and appreciate the beauty of their surroundings.Furthermore, the location of the fountain offers breathtaking views of the city's skyline, providing a picturesque backdrop that enhances the overall experience. The combination of the fountain's stunning displays, the vibrant energy of Grant Park, and the backdrop of Chicago's magnificent architecture creates an unforgettable scene that truly embodies the city's spirit. In conclusion, my visit to Buckingham Fountain was a truly enchanting experience. Its grandeur, historical significance, and ability to bring people together make it an iconic gem within the heart of Chicago. I had explored the exquisite world of fashion and luxury at Bloomingdale's on Michigan Avenue in Chicago, and I am thrilled to share my positive experience. This iconic department store proved to be an absolute haven for shoppers seeking quality, style, and an unforgettable retail experience. I was greeted with a vibrant and inviting atmosphere. The store's elegant interior, filled with carefully curated displays, captured my attention and set the stage for a remarkable shopping journey. The layout was well-organized, allowing for effortless navigation and easy exploration of the store's vast offerings. Not only did Bloomingdale's offer an extensive clothing selection, but it also excelled in its offerings of accessories, cosmetics, and home goods. Whether I was searching for a statement handbag, a luxurious fragrance, or stylish home decor, Bloomingdale's delivered with an impressive array of options. The quality and craftsmanship of the products were exceptional, reflecting the store's commitment to offering only the finest merchandise.Another noteworthy feature of Bloomingdale's on Michigan Avenue was its location itself. Situated on the renowned Magnificent Mile, the store offered stunning views of Chicago's architectural marvels, making the shopping experience even more extraordinary. It was a true delight to indulge in retail therapy while being surrounded by the vibrant energy and beauty of one of the world's most iconic avenues.

Located at 900 North, this Bloomingdale's does not have a great selection of women's clothing, and sizes are limited. Also, several SAs were just standing around and were not offering any type of assistance.Note that you do have to purchase from one of the retail shops to get your parking validated, inclusive of Astor Hall. The sales rack are not organized, and some of the clothing is not of their best quality - we saw many articles of clothing that were snagged, had rips, or loose threads.Garage parking and limited metered street parking in the area.+non-existent service+limited selection of clothing+located at 900 North+garage and limited metered parking available

We arrived in the Bloomingdale’s Women’s shoe department and were never welcomed or asked if we needed assistance by the first man we saw working in the department. He ignored us for about 15 minutes before another man asked if we needed assistance. He was really helpful in pulling shoes for me to try on. The checkout process was quick and smooth.

We had a wonderful interaction with Latisha in women's shoes today. She had what we needed and went into the storage rooms to get the items. She has a warm and wonderful personality, and it was a delight to interact with her. Latisha is a great credit to Bloomingdale's and I hope she is recognized as the model sales associate she is.

The store itself was clean, bright and inviting but unfortunately the women's shoe, parfume, and handbags section needs more variety. Things that are online or other cities is no where in the actual store. Hopefully, it will get better.

No parking to speak of, but it's downtown so that's to be expected. But I would think a store like this would have parking available. Pricing is high for regular clothing. We paid $215 for a camisole for my girlfriend. Made no better than what you would find in Walmart...even tho it was a Bash product...not worth the $215 but we bought a very nice shirt on clearance, normally $80, we got it for under $20 so it washed out in our mind. Pic of shirt for under $20.
