Great customer service but I got sold a complete lemon. In the first two weeks of having the vehicle I had to pay $120 for an oil change because I was told by jiffy lube it was completely dry. Not only was I told they showed it to me. The ac didn’t work and the windows didn’t go down so they told us to take to THEIR mechanic who has a horrible attitude btw. And they “fixed” that issue but now the car was making noises and lights started coming on the dash. I took it to another mechanic not the one they own and screws and parts were loosened. The electronics were all messed up. They showed us how messed up the car is. We got quoted over $2000 to fix it. My dad is a mechanic and he came from out of state to check it out and he quoted $3000 with parts. I’m just going to hurry and pay it off and be done.

Don't buy a car from this dealer. The owner of this place is a Liar and commits Fraud. At this time, I have an attorney and state police who are working on my behalf in getting this situated. This man by the name of Fred, had me driving the car with plates, that were not good OR VALID!!! I had to get my own plates.The sec of state provided me with Temp plates etc. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP NOTHING BUT SCAMS!! I HAVE MORE TO SAY BUT I'M GOING TO LEAVE ITHERE. STOP SCAMMING PEOPLE AND HOLDING THEIR CARS TITLES! YOU ARE AN EMBARRASSMENT TO ME AND HOW YOU MANAGE BUSINESS! .

Talk about a late review… bought my 2nd car here in like 94 when I was a teen! It was a 1988 ninety-eight Oldsmobile. It was my dream car and was a great car while I had it for 5-7 years. My dad negotiated and we left happy.

Mack's definitely deserves more than 5 stars. Right off the bat we felt so welcome and at home. As we were in a rut trying to find a car ASAP, Fred and Carlos were so friendly and helpful by answering every question and understanding what we needed. At the end of the day we left with a great car and a knowing that we can come back anytime. They deserve every bit of business & I will be recommending them to anyone in need of a car!
