OMG! I’m from Madison Wisconsin and we have one Macy’s here and let me just say. This Chicago Macy’s location is amazing. I promise you if you love fashion you could spend hours and hours in this store. So clean so much exciting things to look at. Again if you’re into fashion this is like Christmas.

Check out "Backstage" which is basically Macy's hideen gem of a store within a store. Located right off the Pedway; if you are in the basement, you're almost Backstage.
Lot's of great Men's and Women's clothing, shoes, housewares and knick knacks.
Nearby is the Starbucks and Wineshop! Get all your shopping done subterreanean style!

The old Marshall Fields in downtown Chicago. Nice store, though some of the floors seemed a little sparse.

The store is very large although they have several unoccupied floors. I've always dreamed of going in ever since I heard about the shop in The Nanny. At the top it has a little of its history and photos. The restaurant is beautiful at Christmas time. It is very worth visiting.

Iconic and with more floor space than you're going to be able to explore in a single visit.
Really love the direct pedway connection that let's you walk straight to and from the subway

Possibly the worst food ever. Is Macy’s trying to kill the Walnut Room?

In this place, outdated products, not very attractive prices, messy shelves.

This store is a real gem and a reminder they don’t make them like this anymore always has tons of inventory very helpful staff I pray this location stays open with the announcement of store closures tho it could be better organized and have more helpful signs and really wish Macy’s would open back up all the floors and do something similar to what they do at there store in nyc after it is considered a flagship store should treat it a little more like one but still an amazing store with lots of great potential
