Friendly but dirty. They don't sanitize any of the utensils for pedicure, manicure or waxing.

One of the best pedicures I’ve gotten! I also got my eyebrows done and they was okay! but the way she scrubbed my feet and made sure I was leaving soft impressed me!!!
