I was very disappointed in the top I had alternated. I needed the straps taken in and when I received my top back, it was frayed and poorly put back together. The thread did not match. I am leaving two stars because they did a good job on the items I got dry cleaned including light stain removal; however I would not recommend for tailoring. The top was not even fully sewn shut on one side. It’s disappointing to leave a negative review as the couple was very kind.

The couple that owns the place are so sweet and kind. I take all my clothes here, vintage and designer pieces too, and they do a great job caring for and cleaning them :)

Manor cleaners was significantly more affordable and faster with my adjustments/tailoring than any other place I’ve ever been in the city and they were super sweet! I would highly recommend them!

BEST DRY CLEANERS IN TOWN!!!! FORGET THE REST! The elderly woman and gentleman running the joint are SUPER NICE AND AWESOME! I have been bringing my work clothes and they have always made me look sharp. I needed some pants fixed and the nice young lady I mentioned before left them like brand new! If you're in the Lakeview area or at The Willows Hotel bring your clothes here! Theu will take care of you!

I would give it 0 stars if it was possible. Honestly, I have been dreading this review due to how wonderful the lady that works here is. She’s a ray of sunshine and only for that reason I would recommend this place. If you need something dry cleaned or a hole fixed please, do yourself a favor and go else where. I’m all for supporting small businesses, however, the job that’s been done on my winter jacket was absolutely HORRIBLE. I asked for my coat to be dry cleaned but when I got it back the jacket wasn’t dry cleaned and there was still dog hair on it along with stains. I also came in due to a couple very small holes and when I got my jacket back I was so unhappy with the patch job. It looked like they stuck a bandage on it and called it a day. $34 later and a ruined $300 coat, I must say I won’t be coming back as much as I liked the woman that works there.
