10/23/25 @630pm at self checkout. The girl working that area was substandard at best.
I was at a machine checking out that wasn’t accepting cash. Instead of transferring the transaction to her terminal and taking my cash. She calls for an override. I waited at least 5 minutes for someone to show up . When he did he said why didn’t you transfer the transaction and she said she was busy helping other customers.?? What am I? A customer who waited his turn to be taken care of and instead she wasted my time.

Good store, well stocked. My only gripe is I work late, and while the store closes at 10pm, the meat, deli, Stan’s donuts, and bakery counter had everything put away by 7:30.

This group of folk are hard working, there's never problems here when we visit. The pharmacy staff work tirelessly to get ur meds..Just an all around great store.. the product staff know where EVERYRHING IS!!!! GO AND VISIT

Im upset because why don't they apply the same price in every store I just bought a dozen doughnuts at a Marianos store in Northlake and manager told me if I bought them at surten hour I get them for half price why don't they do that in chicago Marianos stores not fare
