I have been a customer for nine years. Steve E was wonderful to work with when he was a Service Advisor. He would even recommend different services that he thought my car needed. Now that he is a Service Manager, he never will return a phone call. I have a problem concerning my Lifetime Power Train Limited Warranty. It is supposed to be inspected every five years to keep it active. The previous dealer I went to would send me a reminder in the mail to have the inspection done. Marino didn't do that and I think that I should have had the inspection in May. I don't know if this is part of my regular warranty or the extended warranty I purchased when I bought the car. I really need help with this issue and no one will help me. The last time I called I got transferred to Ralph in service. I explained everything to him. He said that he would look into it and call me back, but of course he never did. Does anyone there care enough to help me? My serial number is 2B3KA33G18H263526.

I've gotten all my vehicles from Marino, ever since 2014, I've had a great experience. Service has been top notch. I've gotten my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Diesel, 2018 Charger Hellcat, 2018 Durango SRT, 2021 Charger Hellcat Redeye, 2021 Durango Hellcat, I traded in my Tesla Model 3P for a Model S Plaid, took and the most recent Marino found me my Model X Plaid. It appears that some would go out of their way to leave a bad review and it occurred to me I haven't left one yet yet because I forgot to hit the post button 5-6 years ago. Good Looking out guys, thanks for the service. I am very thankful for opportunities that Marino had given me to own these vehicles, it has all been an invaluable experience. As a customer I realized it was my responsibility to know and understand what it means to have expectations of how the transaction doesn't ever end when you walk out with the keys, it's ongoing. My husband and I just purchased 2 vehicles from Marino Chrysler Jeep Dodge! We worked with a gentleman named J C Alvarado who was absolutely amazing!! Attentive, informative, knowledgeable, kind and considerate are just a few words to describe him. Not once during our experience did we ever feel rushed or forced into anything! We actually weren’t even planning on leaving with two vehicles that day, but it was that kind of experience that made the day so great! Highly recommend Marino and his staff, they are the absolute BEST! Make it Marino!

Most car dealerships are sleazy, there are very few laws restricting them from using coercive tactics. That said, Joe, had us wait for an hour so he could pull a quote for the loan through our bank. Fortunately I researched what I could get ahead of time, he came back with an absurd interest rate and I told him I was actually pre-approved for a much lower rate. They had us wait a long time again and came back with 'oh yeah, you can have that lower rate after all'. He lied about what was done to the car which the car company tried to fix but couldn't completely because Marino installed their own locks against our stated wishes. When confronted they said they could take them off for a massive fee. They effectively tried to hold our car hostage because with two babies we have no choice but to pay another dealership to break them off to have safe parts. Just incredibly sleazy and unnecessary. The other option they offered was for us to trade it in for another car. Vile. Avoid this dealership, from all the reviews you can see it's verified sleaze city with fake positive reviews.

I was highly recommended by my family member who has bought two cars from them. I went into their parts service hoping to find an original part for my own grand Cherokee in which I did. I then did not end up opening or using the piece at all so I decided to return it. During the return I was told they couldn't refund me there because they had to write me a check and mail it. Mind you it was 443 dollars to be exact. I accepted and proceeded to deal w the fact it'll take 1-2 weeks . 2nd week has passed and I have yet to receive my refund. They gave me the run around about my address being unclear when it was written very clear. I called in and they never thought to even give me a courtesy call to verify the address if that's what was holding them back. Told me today on Labor Day it would be ready and now is not ready. They keep giving me the run around for my money during inflation not knowing what people got going on but they are so quick to take a down payment for a vehicle. They're so unprofessional and I would never buy anything from them anymore. The manage from parts decided he will be gone today and everyone else has a check but me who has been calling all week long. The worst experience ever. My car has been down for 2.5 weeks due to their negligence to refund money form a part. For safety reasons I will not post how well written my address is but I hope this review will impact enough for them to be more professional and efficient with peoples money. If it was for Marino they will keep your money hostage until they feel like giving it to you .

Joe was amazing and assisted me in getting the Jeep of my dreams! He helped me purchase a Jeep Compass Altitude in black and white. It has all leather seats with white stitching, a heated steering wheel, heated mirrors, a panoramic sunroof and the fanciest sound system! Joe is literally the best and I highly recommend buying your Jeep from Marino.

The customer service and environment is above 2 stars, but that is where my experience has taken a nose dive. A few months back I brought in my vehicle to get a routine maintenance and to look at my brakes. My front brakes needed to be serviced, so I went ahead and got them done with Mopar parts which gives me the warranty along with "better quality". It was suggested that I don't get the aftermarket parts because they will squeak. So I dropped nearly $900 to get them done. Couple of weeks later the brakes started squeaking. Took a day off of work to bring it back, got them looked at and supposedly replaced. Then, again, they started squeaking after a couple of weeks. Brought it back, they looked at them and sent me on my way. WELL, 3 weeks or so later, they are worse than ever. They are now squeaking louder then ever before. I emailed them and was texted by the service manager who asked about my experience. I have not heard back unlike last when he was giving me some feedback, like "they need to get broken in", which I took and monitored. They are now past broken in and loud as hell. It is almost annoying when driving with the windows down.With all of that said, I will not be going back there. I will go to another dealership, or an independent mechanic who can look at them and give an honest opinion. I have never had this issue in the past when getting my brakes serviced. I was going to possibly trade in my Jeep for an upgrade, but the trust isn't there. I would have liked a better experience since I am in the area and it makes it very convenient.

Update (1): DO NOT purchase any of their extended car warranties until researching the warranty companies they use. The tire and rim replacement company they use currently has a Google review of 1.6 from 44 people and 2/5 ☆ from the Better Business Bureau.Update (2): Marino seen this review. They went out of their way to contact me to get further information about the issue with this particular warranty company. After explaining Marino offered to make us whole themselves! THANK YOU (Marino) for your continued customer service!

I scheduled my appointment online which was super easy. Arrived at the dealership and was met by Jorge who addressed all my concerns for service. Picked up the car later that day. Everything went smoothly and the car was completed on time as promised.Overall a great experience and I would recommend Marino to anyone who is looking for good service, friendly and knowledgeable people and trustworthy.
