I own rental properties across the United States and Asia and have used many interior designers to make my property really stand out. Marshall Erb did a few properties in Chicago and I am absolutely amazed by his Interior Design abilities. I will be using him for my future projects.

I appreciate Marshall's ability to understand client needs while also inputting expertise. What started as the table turned into a custom-built, locally sourced table, custom chairs, and a gut-renovation and custom stone work/shelving for our fireplace. Our room went from standard to gorgeous in a matter of weeks.
