I always visit this location and they never seem to have anything I want. The selection is overwhelming with items that are not worth anything. I walk out empty handed every time. And regret wasting the time traveling.

A decent Marshall but SouthGate Mall is a terrible mall for your business. The way they forced customers into paying overpriced parking is disgusting.

Google needs to leave an option to report stores closed. This store has been closed for almost a year and it's still showing them open. I see nowhere to report the closing to Google. Store information on Google is so sus.

I went here and to Target looking for some inexpensive men's work clothes and I did way better here. Prices were better and the selection was better

Worst marshalls I've ever been to, was threaten to get shot today all because I asked for my parking pass to get validated. Security was super rude and needs to learn how to speak to people. Not once was I disrespectful or called him out of his name. He seemed to have calmed down once I told him If he continued to threatened me I was going to call the cops.

do i like shopping at marshalls? no not really, and that's why i don't force my girlfriend to come with me. but this morning, the security guard working the front was SO sweet and helpful, plz give that man a raise.

The cashier lady was extremely rude. She was trying to make me keep the item forcefully when I took it for return. She said I need to inspect and took extremely long to inspect it. She was acting as if there were threads coming off or the logo was damaged. She said the item looked used and when I told her that I just bought it one night before, she said you can't say anything right now if you want your refund or you can take your receipt and go back. She was extremely impolite. Had to keep standing at the counter for so long, she checked the date on my receipt and talked to her colleague that I said I bought it one day before and finally refunded. What a pain. Won't recommend buying a thing if you want to might later want to return here. Worst customer service ever.

Very disappointed with customer service for returns. Managers are rude and staff is making up stories on the spot. They will tell you some policies that don't exist and when you investigate and clear them lying - they will do the returns but delay the process creating lineups. Very disappointed ?. TJ Maxx staff that worked across was excellent in comparison to Marshall. I don't recommend due to poor customer service

Expected this location to have a variety and more items than other locations especially compared to the Burlington nearby but Burlington seemed to have more than this location. Expected to come and leave with bags full of merchandise but as much as I went around and around the aisles couldn’t find much

I expected this location to be better with all the competitors nearby, but possibly the area was part of the issue?It was unkempt and low on stock and staff. Saw indigent persons outside and dirty clothes in the bathroom stall. I will have to visit again when weather is better to see if that was a factor
