Staff is great and friendly but the store manager Lorena is rude in a aggressive way. I had receipt but because the ink was slightly rubbed off she said she couldn't except it, good thing I had a email receipt but the way she approached me was aggressively rude. She also kept screaming the announcement about store closing in a aggressive way as well. Store managers should be setting the example. You can tell her employees are scared of her. The rest of the staff was warm and friendly and store was clean. I can give Lorena credit for that at least.

This place has everything at the best price that you find. The lines can be long but that's because the quality of clothing they have there at the price is uncomparable. Plenty of parking there and can always find something that I just love there.

Receive the worst service I've ever experienced in 50 years of retail shopping the staff assistant manager was racist thought I was going to still perfume when I came in there to purchase almost $700 worth of perfume spoke to the store manager who was understanding explain the situation to him I couldn't go through with my purchase I couldn't give these people my money after being totally disrespected like that do not shop here

Great selection could be more and the attitudes could be better. If someone comes in smiling, they don’t give you a hard time/attitude... The least you could do as someone working in a customer service based industry is be friendly back. Nobody’s asking you to have a whole conversation, but to be a little bit more friendly we go along way because we goes around, comes around.

Marshall’s offers a great shopping experience with the chance to find good deals if you’re lucky. However, it’s not always easy to find exactly what you’re looking for, and I feel like the quality isn’t quite the same as it used to be. That being said, the store still provides great opportunities depending on the day. For those interested in luggage, you can often find good deals on brands like Samsonite or London Fog. It’s worth checking out for hidden gems and occasional bargains.
