I went there today To get a gift card instead of a merchandise credit I already had. The cashier was super disrespectful. She was talking to me as if I stole the merchandise credit. These kind of people shouldn’t be in customer service. I won’t go to this Marshalls again.

The black women working the changing rooms was awful. She literally snatched the clothes from mine and my mom‘s hand and proceeded to count the clothes very aggressively. I was having a wonderful time shopping with my mom until her stank attitude ruined it. She made us feel embarrassed in front of other shoppers like if I was going to steal clothes. My mom ended up not buying anything because of her. If she’s going to treat people like that she shouldn’t be working in customer service.
