What a delightful experience it was picking out two mattresses to furnish my new condo. Marco, the store manager, incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and kind. He had an efficient process for zoning in on the mattress that would work best for my preferences. There was absolutely no pressure from him to buy the more expensive mattress either. All of the employees were super friendly, and the place is very well kept and clean. If you’re in the market for a mattress, this is the place to go!!

My husband and I had a fantastic experience at this Mattress Firm! Marco (the store manager) spent a ton of time walking us through the different options, features, and benefits of the different beds. He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough without being “sales-y” at all, and worked with our budget, We are very excited with our mattress and adjustable base purchase! I highly recommend.

Our salesman Luis was detailed, professional, and went to great length to figure out some info about an old mattress we loved. He set everything up so once we had time to think about it, we could pull the trigger on the purchase super easily from home. Wonderful!!!

The salespeople were great, specifically Marco who helped me select my mattress and helped me through the billing/ delivery process. Daniel was great with the delivery and wrapped everything up super fast, within 10 minutes.

My experience at Mattress Firm was very positive. Stan, at the Elston location, went above and beyond to help me choose the right mattress - factoring in my budget, my sleeping preferences, etc. Stan is very knowledgeable about mattresses and also offers a great sense of humor to make the stressful job of picking out a mattress more fun. Highly recommend going to Mattress Firm, I did a lot of research before going here and was feeling super overwhelmed by all the millions of mattress options out there. Mattress Firm took care of the rest and put my mind at ease :)

I walked into the store, expecting to meet a pushy salesman, but instead I was pleasantly surprised to meet Luis Mendoza who did not pressure me at all. Instead he was very polite and helpful and gave me the information I needed to decide on my purchase. I was very happy to have been assisted in the store by a knowledgeable salesperson, and I did not feel the need to go to another store to make a purchase.

We had a great experience at this location. Nicole was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable! We walked in and told her what we were looking for and she guided us through the different mattresses that would suite our needs. We are very happy with what we purchased! Would highly recommend.
