We were super pleased with the expertise, knowledge and customer service at the mattress Firm at 2909 N Clybourn. This is all do to our friendly and informative salesperson Jackie. She has been in the mattress business for a while and she really knows her stuff. Jackie helped us pick out the perfect bed for us and it is fantastic. We started our search months before but when we finally came back to purchase the mattress Jackie remembered us right when we walked in the door. It was great working with Jackie and the whole process from purchase to delivery was seamless, fast and easy. The mattress was delivered in only 2 days. If you are looking for a new mattress see Jackie she will make sure you get one that fits you perfectly.

We arrived at Mattress Firm not knowing exactly what we were looking for. Jackie was AMAZING and helped us find the perfect mattress for us. We've been sleeping on it for about a week now, and couldn't be happier with our decision. Jackie was extremely helpful and made the entire process super enjoyable!!

We had a great experience picking out a mattress here. We’ve been to other companies and they were very “salesey” but that wasn’t the case here. Jackie was great and we trusted her guidance and she led us down the path to a mattress we are excited to receive just a few days after visiting. Great spot!

Buying a mattress is not exactly easy (or cheap), but we were in great hands working with Jackie at this Mattress Firm location. She guided us through the whole process as we tried out mattresses and searched for one that fit our budget. Jackie was so friendly and helpful, and I would absolutely recommend her and this store to anyone looking for a mattress! I also couldn't believe how quickly and easily the mattress arrived to our building.

I went with my older aunt to help her buy a new mattress. The two sales guys, John and JJ were friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful; they made the whole experience a breeze. In addition, the guys had a great sense of humor and my aunt loved them both. I recommend seeing John & JJ for you next mattress purchase!

I have made many purchases with Mattress Firm over the years. I always have great experiences with the sale of people and the delivery team. I had a late request to get a mattress and frame for my college student and John was so helpful in finding exactly what we wanted and with very little effort on my end. I just called him on the phone and he handled my request with ease is very personable, and gave me all the facts to make a decision effectively. I look forward to the delivery of the products.

Great store, amazing service. Just finished a trip with my wife to the Mattress Firm Clybourn Galleria and have to write a review. I don't write reviews. We were met by Jackie, who is insanely good at what she does—and has decades of experience in the business. We have a 28-year-old Tempur-Pedic that is disintegrating (don't judge us) and weren't sure that we wanted another one. Turns out we did, and it wouldn't have happened without Jackie. And in a couple of days we're going to be sleeping like never before.

We cannot speak more highly of John from Mattress Firm. Despite our two young kids wreaking havoc in the store, he took his time in showing us several mattresses to explain the differences and answered all of our questions. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and understanding. We would highly recommend him.

John from mattress firm on Clybourn was amazing! This was our first time shopping with mattress firm and didn’t know what to expect but he exceeded all of our expectations and eased our anxiety. He was super knowledgeable about each product, funny and was quickly able to resolve our issue. We came in needing a mattress immediately as we threw ours away and have been sleeping on the floor. John was quick to assist and jump on the mission of helping us find our next mattress. He had us try multiple mattresses and help us narrow down our choices, keeping the pros and cons of each based on our needs. This was such a pleasant experience that I will be recommending everyone to this location. John is amazing!!! Thank you John for your help.
