The quality of product and quality of service are equal. Both are of the highest caliber, on any scale that you wish to measure them. It's easy to just say that a place is "five-star". It's difficult to say, "this is the ONLY place that I will ever shop for a bed". That goes for myself, as well as my entire family. We've been shopping there for a very long time. Pretty much as soon as they were in business. I've never had a complaint, and I've never heard any complaint from the numerous family members that utilize their service.In addition, you'll know that you're dealing with a very honest, fair, and extremely pleasant individual, anytime you walk in the store. THEY ARE THE BEST. Simple as that. I have over 3 million views on the reviews I've provided for Google maps. It will be hard to find another comment, like the one above, on my personal page.I say all of the above with conviction and confidence.(The pictures provided were taken after picking out my new bed, in West Rogers Park, upon returning to my condo. I will add pictures of the final setup on a later date...)The 2 new pics are with the frame, which has storage drawers below. Recommended by Shaya, at Matress King. It's a sick set-up!!!-✌?

Great, no nonsense experience! Really helpful in talking through options for a new Queen mattress and found a perfect option for our needs and budget. They delivered the mattress quickly and up difficult apartment stairs with no problem. Glad to support this local family business!

I got 7 mattresses and 6 boxes from Mattress King in the last week. Everything came on time, they delivered at all hours and made sure everything was perfect. I got a lot of things at a very competitive price. They were amazing to work it. I highly recommend. No need to shop around for your mattresses. Just get them all here!

I wanted a new matters so the owner gave me a discount and told me that i needed a split box so thats what i got. He was very friendly and delivery was quick.

Now my favorite mattress store in the neighborhood. I had been using a thin old mattress and my back was hurting. So I walked into mattress king. I told the owner what I needed. Within ten minutes I purchased a mattress I liked. Within a few hours, the owner delivered the mattress along with a basic bed frame and box spring. It took him around 10-15 minutes to bring it all in and set it all up. All for around $500- which is half the price of a Casper mattress. Best part: my back pain is gone.
