I've used Maytag for dry cleaning 3-4 times and I've been happy with the performance they've delivered each and every time. My clothes came back in great condition (even repaired when I didn't ask) and always in a prompt manner. I'd very much recommend them for dry cleaning.The dry cleaning is CASH ONLY, so make sure you come with cash in hand.

3.5 stars (I rounded up)Pros:-The young lady who works nights and Saturdays is really great-There is 24-hour attendance when they’re open and they’re the cleanest laundromat on the block-They have a drop-off service that I’ve never used-Pretty affordableCons:-As others have mentioned, most of the time an old lady works there who is SUPER mean and rude. She is honestly this place’s biggest negative. It would be a 4.5 star review without her-I recently did a load of laundry where all my whites were stained with some sort of blackish oily substance. I don’t know what it is but I’ll give this place the benefit of the doubt considering I’ve been doing my laundry there all year with no issue until nowIn summary: good laundromat, watch out for the old lady. Don’t engage with her. Just don’t.

I have had mixed results with the dry cleaning here dependent upon the staff that is working. A recent visit took me almost 3 minutes to explain that "I want these shirts to be dry cleaned" as I'm pretty sure they thought I was with the off-site dry clean service. I left with the feeling that my shirts may not come back properly (which thankfully they did).Unfortunately there is staff that is at the counter that should not provide customer service. I once had shirts come back with makeup (concealer) on them as well, so that was another warning that I only had a couple more attempts before I went elsewhere.They are the closest dry cleaner to me, but I am now deciding to take my business elsewhere to due to the inconsistent service provided. Since they have at times given good service, I'm giving two stars--but I would advise to shop around to choose a better dry cleaner in the area.

Absolutely terrible. Don't go here unless you have no other choice. I've heard good things about their drop off service but that's because the employees know which machines actually work.I've been going here for about 3 months because it's the closest laundrymat to my apt, but every time I go multiple things have gone wrong. Only select washers actually work. Half the time I have to switch machines after putting change in already and the employees rarely give you money back. I've had washers that look like they're working but didn't use any water. The smaller dryers are useless, they don't turn at all even when you only put a handful of items in and it takes forever to dry. Had to throw away some underwear because they got melted onto the vent. And you have to clean the lint traps yourself because they clearly never do. I've asked for my money back multiple times from multiple employees, one let me redo a wash for free and told me which ones actually work, but every other time they've said no or insisted that it was working and waved me off without fixing the machine or giving me my coins back.Overall this place has the cheapest prices at first glance but the amount of problems alone isn't worth the time but you also will probably need to redo the wash or drying or both. Might as well go to a better laundrymat that has all the machines working and has AC.
