If i could leave zero stars i would. I had a motorcycle loan with them and paid it off several months early. I admit i did not ask them to stop taking the automatic payments from my bank account but i assumed if there was a zero balance on the loan account there would be no reason for them to continue the automatic debits. When i called to try and get this resolved they claimed they did not receive the pay off in time to stop the automatic debit. I find this hard to believe but lets assume its true. I asked them to please credit the money to the account they debited it from. I was told it may take up to 5 days. I dont understand why but unfortunately i am at their mercy. 5 business days later and i still dont have my money in my account. I call again to find out what is happening and i am told a manual check just went in the mail today. How archaic is this. Customer service is non existent. I hope i get my money back before payment is due on my new vehicle. I hope i never have to deal with mb financial ever again. Consumer beware.

They asked for a lot to open an account with the bank. They will question you about deposits that are larger than 5,000, possibly put on hold and freeze your account to make sure the money isn't "SUSPECT". I came here a few years ago and they asked me for drivers license, social security card and proof of address in the form of a bill, rent receipt, morgage receipt or a phone bill. What if you live with your parents, make online payments for all bills and don't own a home or have a car note. They didn't release my debit card because I wasn't able to make proof of address so I ended up closing the account.

I wish there was an option for zero stars. Absolutely terrible customer service. I attempted to pay my loan in full and was hit with a fee from November of 2017. I asked if the fee could be waived they said no and continued to argue with me as to why not. I accepted that I would have to pay the fee to get my title and paid in full. I requested a paid in full receipt be emailed to me and was told "we don't do that". They will mail me a letter that "hopefully" will be here sometime next week. They are extremely unprofessional, not helpful at all and their systems are out dated. Do not give these people a dime of your money.

It's nice to be in a bank with such great customer service and the feel of timeless interactions. There are too many banking institutions that are being taken over by machines and bank tellers that do not have basic math skills or common sense.

Safari does not work. App does not allow password changes calling In resulted in 34 questions or statements before reaching a live person - no exaggeration. With all that money saved their loan rate and better be low and loans within costs.

Absolutely the worst bank I have ever done business with. At the beginning of my loan, I ask to setup automatic payment. They advise me that the only way I can setup auto pay is by completing a form and sending it in with a voided check via snail mail. I do so and somehow I receive a late payment letter. I pay my late payment and again send in the required form via snail mail and somehow again receive the same letter. I call in again and ask to send in the form via email and I was told the only way I can send in the form is through snail mail. After sending in the form three times, making late payments each time, I continue to receive the late payment letter. I again call to alleviate this issue only be talked to rudely and get pasted off to another representative. After speaking with this rep., I end up getting a fax number to send the form in. I fax in the form and check, receive a fax confirmation, make another late payment and still again I receive a late payment letter. This bank is very unhelpful and unwilling to help out a customer who is simply trying to pay his bill on time through auto pay. MB Financial would rather continue their practices and continue to make a Combat Wounded Veteran pay for unnecessary late payments because of their ignorance. Unfortunately for myself, I am at a position where I would have to pay more money to relocate my loan and I have no other option than to do business with MB Financial. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Everything you need is there. The ladies there call you when there are problems on your account. The manager is kind and understanding. All banks are good when you have money.

Its not all that. If services are not met to the customer needs, they give every excuse in the world! Their answer to majority of the questions are "WE ARE A SMALL BANK, THAT HAS LIMITED RESOURCES DO TO BEIBG A SMALL INSTITUTION"! THEY OVER CHARGE FOR EVERY THING HERES IS ANOTHER EXAMPLE. IF YOU HAVE AN OVERDRAFT, THEY CHARGE YOU $37.00 AN STILL CHARGE THE PATRON $6.50 DAILY UNTO A SUR PLUS IS IN YOUR ACCT. THIS BANK HAS PURE GLUTTNOY, on MB behalf!
