We are in Chicago for spring break. Myself and 3 teens. We had to ride 2 separate busses to get here including lots of walking through sketchy areas to arrive. Only to discover they don’t actually have hardly any of the global menu items available. Only a few at a time and the menu doesn’t update until May. So we scooted on down the road and found a great taco joint. Don’t waste your time making your way here, you will be met with a very nice lady that will hand you the global menu that has 2 nasty sandwich choices. Cmon. You can do better. Craziness.

How about a hot burger made fresh without idiots in the kitchen talking about how i want something fresh. That is all it took for me to stop eating there. Too expensive for a big mac that should not be more than 2 bucks. White Castle uses robots for frying. It cooks everything perfectly and it’s entertaining. Robostations will be your savior. It will give the customer entertainment seeing their food cooked fresh.

I have a son that has autism and every time he tries to complete a collection you get rid of it too fast you should give the customers a chance to buy the whole collection if you are going to get rid of that collection my son gets so upset when he cannot finish a collection

Kiosk not working properly and no one working the registers. took 10 mins and multiple people walking past me to finally get my payment. Also the person working charged me $0.50 over what I should have been charged. One of the worse run McDonald’s.

I spent over 100$ and most of its mayo Your McDonald's on Telegraph Oakville St.louis 63129 put mayo on everything as a joke but it's not funny because my 1000$ pants and shirt got mayo on them and the oil from the mayo will not come out of my new clothes I got for Christmas!! I am so mad ? and no one will take responsibility for this type of abuse towards me personally because I don't know if I'm being targeted but everytime I came here it was always something wrong for my money so after this I am done eating your unhealthy garbageDietary restrictions: I can't eat eggs ? and mayo has eggs in it !And they do this to me every time because I tell them I can't eat egg and as a joke it seems there target is me because I always have mayo on my food !! It's not funny and it's cost me real money and time

Called to make a complaint about a take out order and case named Tran called me a liar. I demanded to speak to his supervisor and he hung up on me. Called back, spoke to someone else, explained what happened and was told that he was escalating the complaint and that management would be calling me within 24 hrs. I am still waiting. The company has really gone downhill in recent years. It's a shame.

A couple weeks ago my daughter and her boyfriend stopped at McDonald’s location, drive-through in Michigan place their order at 2: 45 PM in the afternoon on a Sunday at 2:50 PM they paid for their food and were told to pull over to one of the numbered parking spots next to a white work truck and they would bring their food out. At 3:10 PM. My daughters boyfriend went inside the establishment to find out where their food was because the people behind them in front of them and the ones parked next to them we’re all gone and they still did not receive their food. At which time one of the McDonald’s employees said they don’t know what he’s talking about. They don’t have his food and he was trying to explain that he went through the drive-through paid $23 and some change they took his money, gave him his change, no receipt and shut the drive-through window at the pickup window he was told to pull over to one of the spots his food would be out in a few minutes, so the employee kept arguing with him and one of the customers in line threatened to shoot him so my daughters boyfriend was a little bit On the nervous side, because not one McDonald’s employee, including the manager, said anything to the customer or assisted in any way With the threat of his life, or to get him there food or his money back. They got into their vehicle and left as they were leaving, they called me to let me know what was going on. I tried to call that location 18 times the line was disconnected/busy/cannot take phone calls so Monday morning I contacted McDonald’s corporate where they Said they were appalled about the behaviors from the customers in the store to the customer service from the McDonald’s employees at that location and the lack of management at that location. They said they were going to reach out to the franchisee owner, which is a joke because this Franchisee owner never handles complaints, never acknowledges them, but either way they said I would hear something within 48 hours well now it’s been 96 hours and counting from the last call and still no contact from the franchisee owner the store manager, the district manager, area manager or regional manager, and not a word from corporate because corporate wipes, their hands clean of any and all interactions with the franchise stores unless it’s through email sent to the franchise owner if The franchisee owner doesn’t respond. They just keep escalating it until you get fed up and don’t complain anymore. I find it a little bit concerning that McDonald’s as a corporation and all these franchise owners can get away with shitty customer service. Not to mention when someone’s life is threatened in one of their locations. Oh, it’s all hush-hush. Don’t say nothing we’re going to handle it, but they never really handle it so now you have two young people that spent their money at a McDonald’s franchise own store did not get their food from that location did not get their money back from that location so the store manager and the employees are probably pocketing cash orders or skimming the tills not caring about complaints, because why would they if there’s no repercussions for their actions? and they don’t care about the safety of the customers in the store, and that includes The franchisee owner, management, the employees and McDonald’s corporate. So if you’d like to wait An unnecessary amount of time to get your food or not get your food I guess it’s a crapshoot, employees that don’t care because there’s no repercussions for their poor and crappy attitudes you want your life threatened by customers and you want your money taken this is definitely the location for you. Remember, Corporate and the Franchise owner won’t help They would gladly take your money and not give you your food or your money backKid-friendliness: This Michigan location I would say is not kid friendly

I'd like to know who thinks it's a good idea to guilt kids into coming to work sick. So it passes through the entire store including all of the pregnant women you have working for you..Then giving them balls for going to the Dr. To seek medical attention when it worsens, Directly related to the fact that you need to close and disinfect.Again I say you have pregnant women, expecting to give birth in just a few weeks working for you.Granny will be mighty ticked if she loses a grandchild because of this.Bud light will look like a cake walk...

I want to know who thought it was a good idea to keep the Oshkosh, WI restaurants open during the worst storm in our area in a few years?? I also want to know who's bright idea it was to make teens drive into work under threat of write up??? Im one unhappy mom of one of the employees made to come to work. How dare you threatened the safety and work ethic of these kids. I am only one person but I will never spend another penny in any of your stores as long as I live. Think of your children.

Scammed me out of $38.00, refused to refund after I placed an online order, proceeded to check in, order disappeared. Went in to recieve a refund 12/30/2023, still havent received my refund. Contacted corporate via email, no accountability whatsoever, just a response asking for more information (despite me having an account), and a response saying I have to receive a refund from that particular franchise. Well, I tried that, provided my cc and still nothing. When I contacted them again, I was told my case was closed due to no response which is a blatant lie as I responded within the time frame (can verify with emails), and recieved a unprofessional response accepting no accountability/responsibility for tje fraud/ dospicable customer/personal information being compromised, the treatment recieved and being double charged. A bunch of unprofessional, lying, hypocrites. I will also be filing complaints with outside agency (fraudulent business practices/fraud) since these individuals like to play games and reject emails after corresponding from the same email minutes prior to turning off the email. I also have verification of such activites with screenshots/times/dates/email, ect.

Mcdonald’s is a good restaurant but they lack speed and quality and making changes to our U.S menus anywhere so we can actually try other countries food like I believe there is a McDonald’s that has chili cheese fries and other tasty food that we don’t get to experience or even experience there new dessert items.

Visited a Store on Cicero in Oak Lawn the order was wrong and I spoke with the manager she said she would replace the order when I returned the manager on duty would not replace the order and was very rude I won’t ever eat McDonald’s again I believe I was being racially profiled and plan on seeking a lawyer regarding the matterDietary restrictions: NA
