From reading some of these reviews, it seems the same terrible staff is working here. Extremely rude behavior... especially from who might have been the manager.We eat McDonald's maybe twice a year... this was our first time of 2024; it's no secret McD's is unhealthy. We had a long layover so we decided to get bite to eat and this McD's was closest to our gate C9. The food was NOT as good as our home town McD's. I don't thing they gave us the correct size of fries, and the drink was more ice than soda. When we attempted to get a refill, first they asked with an attitude, "what's wrong!?!" Then they said, "we don't give refills, it's airport line!" What ever that means...To add, they treated certain customers differently then they treated us/most.We are generally happy... by the energy and mode from the staff, it lowered our mode. Such a negative vibe and experience.Taking a few deep breaths to raise our vibration for a safe and pleasant flight!

There were only 2 people taking and fulfilling orders. While we were standing in line, one employee left for their break.At 7 pm on a Saturday night, there were 10 people waiting to order and 30 people waiting for their food. It took forever! Hire some more people!!!

The absolute best McDonald's I have ever been to in my life. No one asked me to write this review and I am not friends with any workers, lol. The manager ran the whole show efficiently and very smooth. Upon my ordering this place was slammed with at least 30 customers. And although my food took a long time, the manager was apologetic and the food was the best McDonald's ever. I am so impressed.The manager, cooks, and all the workers deserve praise for a job well done. They were all nice, hard working, and efficient. I highly recommend.I can't imagine working in an airport can be the friendliest place to work, but they definitely make it better.I wish I could remember someone's name to give them a shout out, but I ate here on January 9th at 6:30am. Great work McDonald's employees!

I could leave -5. I would absolutely terrible. Young will work in this morning was extra room never saying thank you or acknowledging our compliments or even have a good day or thank you totally ignored Also when I asked for my coffee, she said I'll get it for you when I bring out your bag and then she did not and then she started taking care of others. It was ridiculous. She was very extremely rude not only to myself which other customers.While talking to other Airport workers, I asked where they would recommend breakfast in the future and they said they do not use McDonald's anymore because of the rudeness Worker was handling dirty things including money in cash register but did not put on gloves or clean hands properties very dirty

The app doesn't work here! Boo!!Convenient spot in the B concourse at O'hare. I hate paying airport prices for McDonald's but if one has a fix, one must satisfy said fix. Was at gate B3, so it's pretty far from those gates if you're thinking of goin to your gate first and double back, I would stop there on the way if you're at the end of the concourse. Nothing out of the ordinary, nothing terrible either. Oh, nuggets came in a bag instead of the usual box here. So that's different. Other than that...get your fix fixed here.

I bought a The Kerwin frost box, including a drink, I drank all of my drink and went to ask the employee for more soda and they didn't want to give me any more, I had to beg for more soda and they still gave it to me reluctantly. I wasn't satisfied with it??

Claims to be open at 5 AM. The gate is still not open at 5:15 even though staff seems there for a while and you can place a mobile order. Looks like I’ll be getting Starbucks breakfast because they’re actually open on time and serving customers.

Horrible workers. Took 30 minutes just for a sweet iced tea, 6pc chicken nugget and 2 large fries. when i got in line to order i was yelled at to use a kiosk. when i went to the kiosk i was told to wait for the other one because there was a small puddle i was avoiding in front of it. then after i finally was able to order i waited. when i got my food there wasn't a straw in my bag so i asked "can i please have a straw" it was thrown into my bah and the word mustered under her breath "i put one in there if you'd fucking look." I will never ever come back to this mcdonalds and would rather walk halfway across the airport to another one. wish i could put 0 stars!

We had an hour layover in Chicago. This McDonald’s was right next to the gate. As we approach, I noticed a huge crowd waiting. I figured we had an hour, how long could it be? Moments after waiting in line, short, long braided employee screaming at the top of her lungs “get your receipts out! I ain’t going to serve you without it! six fifty nine step up!” Wow. Never have I ever witnessed this type of behavior towards customers who were patiently, respectfully, and quietly waiting for their food, which they paid for. To make a long story semi short, I had literally 10 minutes to board my flight. They were picking and choosing which receipt to fill, in random order. My number was 764. This kid from Ireland had a ticket # of 100 something. He waited 45 minutes! His Dad had to yell for any attention to get his son’s order filled. After 50 mins, I finally approached the counter. I politely asked if she would please fulfill my order as I am about to board my flight. Reluctantly, the employee handed over the bag and drinks. When I had five minutes to sit down while the flight was boarding, I opened up the bag only to find I was one burger short of a combo meal. Cold, stale and poorly made. This establishment is in serious need of quality control over their lack of management. This is 2023. No excuse for this type of service.

Where do I start, the line was super long, even after ordering with a human. ? YOU definitely don't get your money worth on the fries, almost 5 dollars for fries that should be a large, I will never ever again especially in Chicago! Let's talk about the service, Seems like they need a new lead or Supervisor she was short, not very friendly, with a cup of nonchalantness. When management doesn't display customer service so will their employees follow their lead. Needlessly to say thos is why I normally don't buy food at the airport. Poor customer service, prices,and processing time.
