The bathroom here is locked and the sales guy told me to ask the security guard to open it, the security guard had a bad attitude and he is crazily lazy, and didn't answer any questions. And here there is no drink refills and this is not a good place to go. I will NEVER go here again!The toilet here is locked. The salesperson asked me to ask the doorman sitting at the door, but he had a bad attitude and didn't answer the questions. He was so lazy! Then, there is no refill soda here. I don't think this is a good place and I will never come back!

Rude Manager, it was yesterday, Wednesday at 11:00 am I wanted to redeem an item and buy coffee with it. I explained that to the cashier, but she charged me for everything. So, the manager came over and I attempted to explain the situation to her. She talked really fast and had a heavy accent so it was very hard to understand her. Believe me she was not pleasant at all to deal with. I told her it was difficult to understand her. She said, go over to the screen to take care of it! I showed her again on my phone what I wanted to do. She finally just tapped my phone for the refund and tapped where I needed to redeem the item! If she had done this in the first place we all could have saved a lot of time because her english is so poor.

The employee Maria who assists in the drive thru behaves in a very unacceptable way. I placed an order and when I got to the second window I noticed my order was incorrect. I told Maria and she told me I needed to go back around and get in line because that was a mistake they made at the first window. I told her no I am not going to get back in line I would like to speak to a manager. She tells me no I can’t speak to a manager and that I needed to move out the way to keep the line going. I then tell her I am not moving until I speak to a manager. She starts banging on the window sill of the drive thru window saying HELLO! MOVE! So I continued to sit there in park so she then proceeds to get a manager named Alex. Alex apologizes, but like I told her I will be contacting corporate. It is not about the cashier making a mistake because mistakes do happen and there was a misunderstanding. But at the end of the day I am the customer and if I ask to speak to a manager I can. Also her repeatedly banging on the window sill is problematic.

I have gone here for many years and the service has always been poor but recently it has been getting worse. I have had it happen 3 times that they have charged me and I have a receipt but they don’t make the order. Well this last time they charged me and I had a receipt and I talked to 3 employees about it and the last one told me that if they don’t have it in there system then I wasn’t charged and I need to order again when I have the receipt in hand and I can see it has changed my card. They refused to do anything for me and told me the receipt doesn’t mean I ordered. When a receipt is literally a proof of purchase..Again the service has always been poor and the wait times long sometimes waiting 40min to hour but not honoring a receipt and being told to just order again makes my opinion even worse of this place
