Service is extremely slow. Even for small orders they tell you to pull up or park and wait. Consistently get orders wrong. Very poor service overall.

What these point of mobile ordering if you’re just gonna park me into the drive thru parking spaces and it’s not even me. It’s every single customer and then they take forever.The reason I believe they do this it’s because of the metrics McDonald’s has in place. I understand you need to keep your times low, but you cannot do it by having everyone park and having others wait.Might have to go to another location or maybe start going to Burger King instead.

If you use the drive-thru, do not move your car before checking everything you ordered.We paid for hot chocolate. The boy brought us coffee, insisting it was the higher-priced hot chocolate.We had left but quickly called the location after discovering the switch-out. The female who answered said she was the manager but she wasn't. Then she hung up on us. We went back in person and a woman (who appeared to be the actual manager) did make the hot chocolate we paid for. We then sent an e-mail to the owner of the location.We haven't had a reply. Double-check everything you order from here.
