McFetridge Sports Center is a Chicago Park District recreation facility with a nice sized complex that houses two indoor ice rinks and indoor tennis and pickleball courts. It offers a great variety of indoor activities and a ton of programming, including year-round competitive and recreational ice skating, hockey, and tennis. The rink gets really busy during public skates, and it is a great place to host a big game or put on a show with its amount of seating. The indoor tennis courts are all really nice. The place appears well maintained and the facilities are still nice decades later. A minor downside is the lack of a concession stand. There is ample parking lot space and street parking availability. It is a great place for people in the area to work out and play their favorite sports.
One of the best places to play tennis in Chicago! Well maintained as well. We need more places like this.

I was taught tennis here in early 1980s and then they offered ice skating lessons a few years after that. Still nice facilities 50 years later.

One of my favorite places. Indoor tennis courts, indoor ice rink, it's got pretty much everything I love. The rink gets really busy during public skates but the freestyles are pretty empty. The courts are all really nice and there's a sweet viewing area.
