This Menards location is the one I visit most often and I know I can always count on it for plants and garden supplies, seasonal decor, and a killer snack aisle! Just need to remember to turn in those 11% rebates more often!

I really have grown to hate entering this establishment. Sooo many people will say hello and smile while you pass them up, but as soon as you have a question about a product or a location of a product. It all goes downhill. No one is willing to help locate. No one will take you to the aisle. The point in a general direction and send you off to another department because it's no longer there issue. It's so frustrating to come here. Everyone just smiles and walks away leaving you lost!

I have not been here before usually go to THD. But really like it! The employees are super helpful. The look you in the face and greet you. Ask if you need help. And work REALLY hard to help. I was looking for a hinge that several of their stores did not have in stock. I went to three stores. At every store, the employee went to the location of the item I couldn’t find. they went to the back to see if there was any still in stock. When it wasn’t there, they looked up the item that I was seeking and gave me a list of otherMenards locations that indicated they had the product in stock. It was amazing. I never get that kind of help at The Home Depot.

Ordered a hose online for pickup. Showed up and it was clearly opened filthy and returned. Had a note on it “ask customer if they still want it” why not call me before wasting my time driving here? Clerk said I can get a different in exchange. Found a similar hose for $4 more. She said it was too much. How does that make any sense? I asked if I can pay the difference and was told I’d need to return the open hose up front, then go in line and buy the new hose. Absolutely idiotic. This place sucks

Went to at least 10 Menards and found more than I was looking for at the store on North Ave and Cicero in Chicago. Yipee!
